I recently tried the chicken biryani priced at 100 rupees, and overall, it was an average experience. The portion size was decent for the price, with a fair amount of rice and decent piece of chicken. The aroma was inviting, with subtle hints of spices, but the taste didn’t quite live up to the expectation. The rice was cooked well, but it lacked the rich, layered flavors you’d expect from a good biryani—missing that punch of spices like clove, cardamom, or saffron. The chicken was tender but slightly bland, and the masala felt underwhelming, making the dish feel more like a spiced rice than a true biryani. Read moreYesterday I have ordered Motton biryani from Arman biryani which is located at picnic garden (kolkata). It was not a very good option for those who come from outside. Price is quite high, potato was soft, biryani size is sufficient for one, Motton size was around 100 to 120 grams, Fresh salad and quantity is very good, Flavours are there but not that much as I expected. Because at the price range 170-180/- I expect that much. Overall decent, not very extraordinary taste not very poor taste.
