This might not make any difference, but I thought I should report it to where there's a slight chance of getting heard and to help people who might consider visiting this outlet. So I had ordered 2 types of chicken steamed momos at this outlet and the person who was in charge of billing mentioned an offer by availing which a certain number of momos could be added by adding 99rs more. I misunderstood the offer as adding an item worth 99rs to add the extra momos. I asked him to add another plate of momos worth 220rs, which he did, and I paid the required amount online. I waited at the outlet for around 20-30 minutes and got my order. Since I had misunderstood the offer, I was expecting 4 boxes of momos (3 ordered by me and the other extra one). But I found 3 boxes in the bag and went ahead to enquire about the offer.
The person answered in an arrogant and rude way that the offer was for 99rs, not for the other momos that I asked to add. I took a moment but understood the mistake. This in my opinion could have been avoided if the person clarified the offer when I asked him to add a different item instead of just agreeing to pay 99rs for the extras (which was the actual offer). He probably just realised that they would only be benefiting (220rs as compared to 99rs) from the misunderstanding, so let's just go ahead and do that instead of clarifying the offer to the customer.
Even if he chose not to clarify it earlier, he could have at least answered my question later properly instead of trying to point out only my mistake without properly listening to my point and acting like he was absolutely not at fault. I agree that the fault was majorly mine, and it was just a matter of miscommunication on my part. But that in no way justified the arrogant and rude behavior of the staff.

Read moreService very poor. While ordering they were barely talking to the customer rather they were talking to each other. They served expired burger buns in a combo worth ₹ 214. Momo's filling was too less and outer cover was very chewy. I'm a big fan of wow momo and I've tried so many varieties of wow momo but never experienced such type. When we complained about the burger, they acted like it wasn't their fault and didn't made us another fresh one. They simply were being sarcastic the whole time laughing and gossiping about us as if it was our fault to complain. They chef said all the buns are same and they can't do anything about it other than telling the company. Very very poor service, and moderate ambience. Never...
