They try to welcome you with smile. The place is very neat and clean. They maintain proper hygiene. They serve variety of hot and cold coffee. They changed staff and the food quality has just gone down the drains. The woman running talks so loudly and so much of her personal matters that it's hard to talk amongst ourselves, because the place isn't that big. They served cold and wattery hot chocolate, forgot the cheese in my sandwich and took it back to place the cheese and grill again. Amazingly, chipotle sandwich has no chipotle sauce because "chipotle is not a sauce" But "a type of bread", according to the lady at the counter. Visited this outlet after speaking the customer care asking if they are open and reached their about 10.30 pm to actually have been treated by Milon (person taking the order) denied taking any order saying it is now closed - this is while he is on a call with someone! On saying we asked the customer care before coming, he impolitely said okay tell me what you would want and really was extremely rude .
