I've been visiting the original Denzong Kitchen at Bijoygarh since 2018 and have only visited this outlet 3 times. This place is horrible in comparison to the main outlet. Ac has not been working since I don't know when or am I just lucky enough to never find the ac working anytime I went. The average time taken to get just a plate of steam momo is 30-40 minutes meanwhile the main outlet will give you within 5 minutes. The sitting area is within the inside and outside kitchen and it gets very hot and with ac not working, one can only imagine the heat. Food is not as good as the oringial one and it keeps on getting worse with time. Most fried items are very dry and burnt sometimes, steamed momo just looks like momo made by a 10 year old in their kitchen. Cold Drink was sold higher than the MRP which is also not a good practice. This was never the case in the original outlet. After today, I am never visiting that outlet again. It's better to eat Wowmomo than eating those average momo in such a hot place. I would be glad if they fix the issues as I've been a regular customer of Denzong Kitchen from so many years and feel bad seeing your favourite momo joint providing such...
Read moreI had a terrible experience with Denzong Kitchen (Picnic Garden branch). The food they served was stale, smelly, and completely inedible. It was clear that the ingredients were not fresh, and the quality was horrible.
I have visited their main branch in Golf Green several times, and they are far better in terms of food quality and service. However, this Picnic Garden branch is nowhere near that standard and will soon ruin the reputation of the main branch if they continue serving such unhygienic and low-quality food.
To make things worse, when I asked for a refund, they completely ignored my request, showing zero accountability.
Avoid this branch at all costs! It’s not worth risking your health over...
Read moreWorst Thukpa Ever! This was hands down the worst thukpa I’ve ever had. It was just some plain boiled noodles dumped into what tasted like leftover momo soup, with barely any chicken keema thrown in. Honestly, who even puts keema in thukpa? They’re just using the name “thukpa” to sell a mess. The place itself was disgusting — the interior was in terrible condition, no sense of hygiene at all. I literally saw cockroaches roaming around while eating. Would not...
