A place which adorns old house eateries and old Kolkata vibes, Kitchen Q brings forth a new age charm coupled with modern day dining nuances. A fine dining restaurant equipped with a mocktail bar, the food here covers multiple landscapes giving ample choices for one to choose from. A massive banquet bar is set up beside a large parking space, Kitchen Q promises carefree dining for anyone walking in. We began with Bharwan Aloo - Potato with dry fruit and paneer stuffing. Next to come was Murgh Tangdi Mahez - Stuffed Chicken legs chargrilled to perfection. Awadhi Sugandhi Fish Tikka came next which had Tikka marinated with white marination, gondhoraj lemon and leaves, cooked in tandoor. Gosht Biryani for mains had aromatic Basmati Rice cooked with juicy chunks of chicken, herbs, cooked on a slow fire. If one wishes to be more adventurous, try the Golden Fried Prawns, Hong Kong Chicken, Murgh Tawa Se, Mongolian Fried Rice and Chicken Kung Pao. Caramel Custard for desserts and a couple of mocktails to help refresh yourself, hop in at Kitchen Q for a scrumptious meal. #kitchenq #whenstomachtickles

A few days back I visited this newly opened multi-cuisine restaurant at Beliaghata, Kolkata. I was really impressed with the waiting time for the food, how can a restaurant be so quick? It was just 15mins and we got all the food on our table and just wow everything is just perfectly cooked. They offer both takeaway and dine-in. . We tried a few of the dishes from their offering : . • Starters 1. Achari Gobi 2. Makhmali Fish Kabab 3. Stir Fried Veg with Basil 4. Classic Chicken Tikka 5. Red Pepper Prawn . • Main Course 1. Mongolian Fried Rice 2. Murg Lahori 3. Parsi Mutton Curry 4. Sahi Paneer . • Dessert 1. Brownie with Ice Cream . • Drinks 1. Cold Coffee 2. Oreo Shake . . I would recommend you should go for the below options. 1. Makhmali Fish Kabab : Just melts in your mouth. 2. Red Pepper Prawn : If You love spicy starters, just go for this one. 3. Mongolian Fried Rice : It's a stand-alone dish, and does not need any side dish. 4. Parsi Mutton Curry : Something different with a touch of South Indian taste (Curry leaves)

All the great talks, decisions and learnings are at the dining table and when there is delectable food to ring in happiness then we call it the true gift of life. Certainly grateful to be able to find places that instantly ticks all the boxes of being a proper restaurant especially at the busy den of Beliaghata. Let me introduce you to Kitchen Q which is a spacious multicuisine restaurant just placed bang opposite Alochaya Cinema hall bus stop at Beliaghata. With a seating capacity of 150 plus heads this is definitely changing the way how dining places used to be around. I must say the menu has a lot of choices to pick in Indian, Asian, Tandoor and Seafood items as well and the best part is the service from the kitchen team, absolutely helpful. Kudos to the management for giving an experience to remember, don't miss out eating dishes like Rosemary and Garlic Chicken Kebabs, Murg Hazari Tikka, Malai Suneri Broccoli, Lemon Grass Chicken, Singhji Murg Bharta, Fish Begum Bahar, American Chopsuey Chicken and more.

My recent visit to this restaurant left a sour taste, and it wasn't the food. The festival season had brought a bustling crowd, but the staff seemed ill-equipped to handle the chaos. What began as a pleasant evening quickly turned into a distressing ordeal.

Upon arrival, we placed our order through Zomato, confirming the payment with one of the waiters. However, just as we were about to leave, a lady from the restaurant aggressively confronted us, demanding ₹4,000 in cash or UPI. Despite our repeated assurances of the prepaid Zomato transaction, she persisted, creating an uncomfortable scene.

The situation escalated into a heated exchange, with the lady insisting it wasn't their responsibility to handle Zomato payments. The lack of communication and understanding was alarming. Just as tensions peaked, a management representative intervened, but their tone was dismissive and rude, further embarrassing us in front of fellow diners.

While the food was satisfactory, the service was woefully inadequate. The staff's inability to manage online transactions and resolve issues diplomatically raised concerns about their competence. A simple verification process could have prevented the entire ordeal.

This experience left a lasting impression, not of the flavors or festivities, but of frustration and disappointment. Until the restaurant addresses these issues, I would hesitate to recommend...

This is a new restaurant location is very good and also they have parking space available. Let's come to service and food part. For starters we ordered 1-diced honey mustard chicken that was good and the amount was decent. 2- Korean fried chicken wings. 6 big pieces of chicken. The sauce outside was good but inside I felt like raw chicken.

From mocktail section we ordered virgin mojito, fresh lime soda and cold coffee the tase was good but the SAD part was they didnt had STRAW. which was shocking for us and that's something we as a customer can't accept. After telling them they obviously arranged it after 10 mins.

For main course we ordered 1- garlic butter naan- size was good and i personally liked the naan. 2- chicken kagni - 4 big pieces of chicken but it was very salty. 3- paneer lababdar - i must say that was very good. Portion and taste both. 4- chicken biryani - good portion and the chicken piece was big If you are serving Indian cuisine finger bowl is something you can't miss. But I am sorry to say they didn't had fingure bowl. We had to go to the toilet for handwash and no napkin or tissue paper to wipe you hand Overall it was okie but i don't think i ll go there again if i have a choice.

The bathroom was clean but no toilet paper and no tissue paper to...

Absolutely terrible behaviour of the staff. Food was average due to festival season. But their behaviour towards customer is horrifying. So when the waiter came to us with the bill we told him that we will be paying through zomato and he did not utter a word. After the payment was done he went running to his associates and just after a while some lady who was maybe accountant(sits in mocktail counter) came running and started questioning who gave you permission to pay through zomato and we wont accept it. She was speaking with us in a very rude tone as if we are trying to run away without paying. We even showed her the payment summary from but she kept denying and further added that they already informed us zomato payment is not acceptable which they clearly did not when we asked their waiter during payment. After which another person from their hotel joined the conversation to whom we explained and he understood the issue and let us go but that lady still kept blabbering. We went to have dinner and enjoy the festival, but the harassment turned down our entire mood. Will definitely avoid this place further and wont recommend...
