Mio Amore - The Cake Shop (Parnasree) — Restaurant in Kolkata

This review is based on a total frustration from this shop side. AS they have given very bad burger as the chicken is stale and spreads a foul smell.. don't buy from this shop especially order through swiggy.. utter disappointment from the shop side... is this the right way to treat a customer.. such a shameful act... and the other thing isbthat they haven't given their contact number in the online website so that we can actually contact and raise the issue... very much disappointed. I won't recommend this shop to anyone... too bad the chicken is not fresh.. smells really bad... I have lost my money and not able to contact this people concerned.. don't recommend this shop.. shame on these kinds of people for not properly treating customers.. don't trust this shop...

I have tried their red velvet eggless cake and blueberry cake. The taste of red velvet was seventh heaven. Blueberry was good but not as red velvet. Every weekend they have some special items. Like chicken cheese ball. Omg I have fallen in love with this. What a taste what a quality. Fresh and healthy. And last but not the least their behavior are soo friendly so much co operative one more thing they are maintaining all the protocols and hygiene. Before entering the shop wear mask is mandatory.
