Neither am I a critic, nor a foodie but having visited lots of retaurants, good and bad, I am confident with my review. As you know, 3 stars mean average and that was my exact experience at this rooftop cafe & lounge, taking into account all and any flaw and strength.
AMBIENCE : The main restaurant looked cool and lived up to my expectation with its neon lightings and the big screen television. There is a separate smoking area outside the conditioned restaurant in the rooftop itself and 2-3 discrete cubicles with curtains if you wish to experience a private dining. However, if you do not wish to dine amidst the smoky atmosphere due to the shisha/hookah, I'm afraid you will need to find a different restaurant. The crowd mainly consists of teenagers who have a jolly time with their friends mainly to treat themselves with the pipe. NOTE: If you wish to reserve a table via call, make sure you ask them whether the main restaurant is pre-booked for a party or not. If it is, I recommend you not to visit the restaurant on the particular day.
MANAGEMENT/SERVING: If I was to rate this separately, I'd have to give it a 1-2 star rating. The management of orders as well as serving is awful. The waiters will attend your call after you've asked for them atleast 3-4 times. And after taking your order, very unprofessionally, they shall serve you all the food together, whether it be appetizers or the entrees. The table size is fit for a maximum of 3 people which in our case, was not enough. Moreover, we had to dine on top of the main restaurant in a secluded area, which was comparatively boring and uncomfortable (because there was a pre-booked private party). We had reserved a table but the atendee never informed us about the party, rather, they accepted our reservation saying that there were enough seats. The way they coaxed 5 of us to manage in a single table while they provide the extra chairs was extremely inept and insulting. We called the waiters numerous times for water but they refused to even turn towards us. This happened numerous times until one of us had to go and tell the manager that we knew the owner personally (which we did). After that, all the orders started coming in together, even though there was not enough space on the table. We had to pick our plates and eat. Though the waiters are extremely polite, they are, to bluntly put it, incompetent. The waiter who took our order was unsure of the menu, what was available and what was not, and also the way they carried out the tasks showed that they were unskilled. To add humor to such a serious review, I would like to share my experience of how the waitress could not pull out the pen she had out of her pocket while taking our order and when a waiter stopped serving us suddenly because their long lost friend had come to meet them. I was amazed at how clumsy and unbothered they felt while doing it. They kept our food aside while serving us, and went over to their friend to say "Kaisa hai? Bohot din dikha hi nahi tu. Kahan tha?" I felt insanely annoyed at the way they carried out their tasks.
FOOD: The food was average too. I'm glad to have been able to order items both good and bad which is helping me write this honest review. The only dish which was not only very elegant, but also very tasteful was the skydine special kebab, which is a mince and mix of two types of chicken kebabs. The mix is shaped in a cylinder and is stuffed with sauteed yumminess, topped over with a touch of cheese. The accompaniments we had needs a lot of improving, along with the non-veg sizzler, which was again, average. The non-veg sizzler had noodles/rice (according to choice) topped with gravy chilli chicken. I had high hopes for this item considering it was one of the most priced items in the menu. I would also recommend the pan fried chilli fish and the golden prawns if you are going in for a snack alongside the hookah.
GIST: The chefs need a little more training on the chinese side of the menu and the servers need more discipline. Perfect for evening snacks with...

🔵Location- Just opposite to Ladies Park bus stop(Park Circus, few minutes walking distance from Lady Brabourne college)
If you pass by Park Circus area frequently, then you may have probably seen a large hoarding with Skydine written on it, but haven't explored yet! Let's explore this beautiful place with Ps_its_foodstories
Skydine has total three spacious sitting areas with live bar counter, a private dining space; one area is semi rooftop with a beautiful shade of glass; another one is the rooftop attached with the previous one and third sitting area is on top of those two with a beautiful city view.
They are serving multicuisine food as well as hookah and all.
From their menu, had tried-
Chicken Dum Biriyani ₹279, Stone grilled chicken ₹359, Brocoli Mexican Chicken ₹349, Cheese Mexican fenslo ₹339, Chicken pesto bruschetta ₹359, Skydine Special Kebab ₹399,
Pineapple mint punch ₹279, Orange fantasy ₹239, Watermelon cucumber coller ₹239, Green apple mojito ₹139.
Starting with our favorite biryani, they are serving Chicken biryani in a medium sized pot with large pieces of chicken and aloo in it, sufficient for two people.
Then coming to showstopper, Skydine Special Kebab, having two types of chicken kebabs, one type is fully loaded with cheese and another type is in between seekh kebab and reshmi kebab, this kebab platter gonna take your heart.
Apart from these, they have Mexican to Italian dishes, from pizza to risotto to bruschetta, portion size of each dish is great, easily shareable among 2-3people.
Also in their menu, they have some beautiful mocktails, coolers and shakes.
Overall if you want to enjoy a beautiful, luxurious rooftop place or have beautiful photos of you in the city crowd at a pocket friendly budget, then Skydine should be in your...
Read moreTo be honest, I have mixed feelings about the place. It definitely is the most beautiful rooftop restaurant in Park Circus with it's beautiful lights and imagery of the road beyond! But the staff there are like definitely prejudiced that every customer going there will smoke hukkah. I went on a date there and they asked us, 'you'll need hookah right sir?' and even if I said no, he asked again 'not even light sir?' but finally he gave up. Another thing is that they take forever taking the orders, like they forget that you're even a customer. I had to literally remind them to take our order and give the bill. But the food there is great! We tried the cheese kebab which contained 6 kebabs with cheese on top..It was just delicious. The chelo kabab has rice accompanied by an omlette on top, 2-3 types of kabab served like a sizzller on lettuce leaves. It was just fabbb..worth the money spent there. Also, try the black current mojito. It's the best I've ever eaten🥳. If you guys go there, just remind them...
