Time Pass Cafe? More like Time Waste Cafe. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is that there isn't an option to give 0. The whole cafe is like a one man army. The owner is the cook, waiter, receptionist, everything. He always has his friends around who keep hogging the carrom board whilst smoking inside, making other customers uncomfortable. The carrom board and cards are supposed to be for the customers to play, enjoy and have a great time with their friends. But it seems more like a "parrar adda khana" wherein the owner's friends stay in all the while, in groups of around 10, playing carrom and cards, singing, smoking, playing loud music, and making us, the real customers, uncomfortable. The food is very average. The pizzas in particular, I do not recommend at all. They take 25 mins to serve just one pizza, and what they serve is basically the same thing I can make at home by myself. If you order multiple pizzas, they serve it to you one by one, with huge time gaps in between. Overpriced pizza, absolutely not worth it. The mocktails are worse than pathetic. Its just store bought syrup mixed with water and sugar. On top of that they served us the mocktails in plastic cups, the reason being "that's what we do for big groups", although we ordered only 5 drinks. The starters are okay. Pasta isn't cooked very well with disproportionate seasoning, infact one of us got sick after having that, and had to leave immediately. We almost had a 4000 rupee bill and it was absolutely not worth it, definitely one of the most terrible experiences in a cafe, ever. I recommend the owner to get proper staff, i.e. waiters/waitresses who can tend to the customers' need, proper chefs and helpers in the kitchen, and a trained mixologist for the drinks. More importantly, PLEASE GET YOUR FRIENDS OFF THAT PLACE, at least when there are paying customers around. I hope all the details I provided will help you in upgrading that place to another level. The only good thing was the hospitality and friendliness of the owner, but frankly speaking that's not what you go to a cafe for. I wish you all the best...

Food & Beverages โ โญโญโญโญโ (4/5)
The cafe serves a mix of continental and fast food, with popular items like burgers, pasta, momos, and various Chinese dishes. Their โน99 combos (like noodles with chili chicken) provide good value for money. The chicken burger is juicy and flavorful, while their pasta is well-seasoned and creamy. The momos are decent, though not extraordinary. Beverages include a variety of shakes, mocktails, and classic coffee options. Their cold coffee and Oreo shake stand out as must-try drinks.
Service โ โญโญโญโญโ (4/5)
The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. Orders are usually served within 15โ20 minutes, and the servers ensure a pleasant experience. However, during peak hours, service may slow down slightly, but it remains manageable.
Pricing โ โญโญโญโญโญ (5/5)
One of the best aspects of The Time Pass Cafe is its affordability. The prices are pocket-friendly, making it ideal for students and young professionals. A meal for two costs approximately โน550, which is reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes.

ย ย ย Read moreVisited this place a few days back which is located at Ganguly Bagan (near West Wind Complex). The ambience is mesmerizing and the place has a beautiful balcony with both indoor and outdoor seating area. I tried some of their delicacies:-
Tin tala Pizza- This incredible dish had 3 different layers of pizzas with different toppings and flavours. The lowest layer was Non-Veg and tasted amazing, the second layer (heart-shaped) was a classic veg pizza and the top most layer was more of a dessert and had tutti frutti, fruits and cream base. It was a bit different and went really well together.
Chicken Burger Combo- It tasted like a normal chicken burger. The patty was juicy and the French fries were crispy and went really well with the dip. This combo had virgin mojito with it.
Veg Finger- This dish was really tasty and soft from the inside and very crispy from the outside. It had ample amount of filling and the Mayo dip was also yummy.
Chicken Sandwich- The bread was crispy with ample amount of chicken fillings and mayo inside. And the taste was really good.
Overall I loved the experience. They serve some amazing...
