7 Trillions Cafe & Restaurant pure veg — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I recently visited SEVEN TRILLION and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The restaurant was extremely dirty, with no sense of hygiene whatsoever. The tables were not cleaned, and the floors were sticky. It was apparent that cleanliness is not a priority here.

The service was equally appalling. No one came to take our order for a long time, and when we finally managed to get someone's attention, the staff seemed uninterested and untrained. They didn't know how to respond to basic questions about the menu.

Speaking of the menu, many of the items listed were not available. It was frustrating to be told that several dishes we wanted to order were out of stock. This lack of availability was not communicated beforehand, which wasted even more of our time.

Overall, the combination of poor hygiene, terrible service, and the unavailability of menu items made for a very unpleasant dining experience. I would not recommend SEVEN TRILLION to anyone looking for a decent meal and...

If u are food lover and love to taste and spend money in flavours... This place is definitely a big NO..... We went in frnds for beverages post dinner... Plz never waste ur money for smoothies here... Worst smoothie I ever had... me n my frnds tried berry berry, brownie, mixed berry smoothies... They made a bluffff... Total blufff... N served in disposable glasses... In dine in service.... No fresh fruit crushed in real, no fruits topped, no presentation... Just added preservative syrup, sugar, milk n icecream... Blended in a mixer and served in disposals... I regret my order ... For Smoothies and shakes .. Plz dnt waste ur hard earned money in this restaurant for beverages.. (brownie smoothy was also not what it shud had been)...

We came here for lunch. Ordered soup and main course. Place was completely empty when we arrived. First thing we noticed that staff was not present. Upon waiting someone showed up with menu. Our first impression of the place was not very good. When soup arrived the biggest failure we saw was completely lack of hygiene. The person who served us was having bread crumbs completely covered in his hands. Secondly he was having something on his nose which he wiped with his bare hands and served the second soup. We just couldn't consume the dish and moved out of restaurent with cancelling our main couse order and paying for the soups which we didn't consume. Management should look into...
