2nd different & disappointed place I visited in the life in Indore (On 1st position Little Monk is still alive). According to a normal middle class customer this place is big wastage of money (b/c much costly) and time.... Was there for dinner but someone please tell them k plz down your price for food items. Agar itna costly hi dinner Krna hai to we will go to Raddison Hotel or other 5 star hotels. I mean at a normal range and normal environment hotel/ restaurant me inta costly food kaun khana chahega. Their services are also very slow..

Food quality was average and taste is normal but rates are very much high. I mean every curry vegetable was approx 500/-. and if I order a top rated or special rice plate and special top rated daal then it will be 1000/- for both items(500/- for each). 1000/- ka daal rice no one wants to eat. I think instead of this Sarafa market is a good place & option to dine and eat for daal or pulav for everyone.150/- ki water bottle and 495/- ka Gulab jamun khane se achha to aap sarafa jana pasand karoge. Inki ek normal roti with butter approx 100/- and if we order one seasonal gravy vegetable and 10 rotis then roties will be costlier then gravy vegetables. Sabji se mahngi to roti hi pad Jani hai fir....😝😝 B/c sabji 500/- ki and 10 roti 1000/- ki,,😜😜😜

For food quality rating is 3 out of 5, for providing dinning service and waiting rating is 2 out of 5 For music and singing will give 4 out of 5 to singers... For atmosphere for photography rating is also 2 out of 5 because lights not installed photography friendly...

And they are making public fool like bahar to dinning are open hai and for areation/ventilation k liye big stand Fans laga rkhe hai inhone and in washroom/toilet they installed Aur conditioning system 😂😂😂😂

Aisa kaun krta hai bhai, normal exhaust fans hi lagwa dete toilet me. Toilet me Ac laga k uska Paisa food and dining services me...

As a frequent restaurant visitor, I usually maintain an open mind and try to provide honest, constructive feedback. However, my recent visit to Adam's Ale left me feeling compelled to share my experience in a more assertive manner.

The food at Adam's Ale was undeniably delicious - well-prepared, fresh, and flavorful. Unfortunately, the exceptional taste of the dishes was overshadowed by the appalling service we received.

From the moment we arrived, it became clear that the staff was not prioritizing their customers. We waited a staggering 40 minutes for our table to be cleaned, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. When we eventually managed to place our order, another 40 minutes passed before it was finally taken.

To make matters worse, the manager seemed to be taking our concerns for granted. Rather than apologizing for the delay, he nonchalantly told us that he would bring our entire meal - starters and main courses - at once. This only added to our frustration, as we were unable to properly enjoy our dining experience.

When I expressed my intention to share my thoughts in a Google review, the manager displayed an alarming lack of concern, casually responding, "Yeah, you can." This level of indifference towards customer feedback is unacceptable and reveals a glaring lack of professionalism.

In conclusion, while the food at Adam's Ale may have been commendable, the service was far from satisfactory. I cannot recommend this establishment to others in good conscience, as the overall experience was greatly marred by slow service and an unprofessional attitude from the management. I hope the restaurant takes these concerns seriously and makes a genuine effort to improve their customer service for the sake of...

A Disastrous Dining Experience

If you're looking for a place to ruin your evening, look no further. My recent visit to Adam's Ale was nothing short of a nightmare, from the abysmal service to the downright inedible food.

Service: A Lesson in Neglect From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. We were ignored at the entrance for a solid 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. Once seated, it took another 20 minutes just to get water, and even longer to place our order. The staff appeared disinterested, untrained, and completely overwhelmed despite the restaurant being only half full. Not once did our server check on us after the food was finally dumped on our table.

Food: A Culinary Catastrophe If I could give the food zero stars, I would. The appetizers were cold, clearly microwaved, and lacked any semblance of flavor. My main course was overcooked, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The ingredients were stale, and the presentation was laughable. I’ve had better meals at gas stations. To top it off, the portions were ridiculously small for the absurd prices they charged.

Ambiance: Adding Insult to Injury The atmosphere did nothing to compensate for the terrible food and service. It was to noisy.

Overall Verdict: Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other dining options that won’t leave you regretting every penny spent. Abam's Ale should be ashamed to serve such atrocious food with even worse service. This was, without a doubt, my first and last...

I recently dined at Restra Ademale and I must say that my experience was quite underwhelming. The overall review of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. Firstly, the food preparation was only average. While the crispy corn starter stood out with its flavorful taste, the rest of the starters were disappointingly tasteless. It was evident that the quality and attention to detail were lacking in their food preparation. The service provided by the waiters was poor. Not only was there a lack of attentiveness, but there was also a noticeable absence of waiters available to cater to each guest. This resulted in a significant delay in receiving our orders and left us feeling neglected throughout the meal. Another issue I encountered was the peculiar sequence in which the dishes were served. The roti, a staple in any main course, was served before the vegetables. This disrupted the overall dining experience and showcased a lack of proper organization in the kitchen. Furthermore, the prices of the dishes were quite high considering the subpar quality. It was disappointing to find that the cost did not align with the overall experience and the value received. In summary, my visit to Restra Ademale left me dissatisfied. The average food preparation, poor service, tasteless starters (except for the crispy corn), improper sequence of serving dishes, and high prices in comparison to the quality of food all contributed to a lackluster experience. I hope the restaurant takes these points into consideration and strives to improve in the future.

I recently visited Adam's Ale, a place I’d been eager to try, but sadly, it didn’t live up to expectations. Ambience: The ambience was just okay, nothing remarkable. To my surprise, even the menu card was torn—something I've never encountered before in a restaurant. The cutlery provided was also dirty and soiled, which only added to the disappointing first impression. Service: The service was a letdown. None of the staff were particularly welcoming, and when we requested a photo, they simply ignored us. It felt like customer service was not a priority here. Food: I started with the Achari Paneer Tikka, which lacked any achari flavor, and the marination was poorly done. For the main course, I ordered the Paneer Handi for Rs. 535, which was mostly gravy with just 8 pieces of bland paneer. The rotis were thick and didn't feel like authentic tandoori—they lacked the softness and taste you’d expect. Price: Given the overall experience, I found the place overpriced. The quality of food, service, and overall attention to detail just didn’t match the high prices. Final Verdict: Unfortunately, my experience at Adam's Ale was disappointing. From the lackluster food and dirty cutlery to the unwelcoming staff, this visit didn’t justify the cost, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Not gonna lie, lot of other reviews are bloated with spam. Red alert when you see a name of a server cause that means the guests have been explicitly asked to review the place with a 5, sometimes offered with a complimentary item in return. Anyways, the place is lovely with lots of seating option but the only issue is with the people who assign you seats. I had a tough time trying to get a table away from the live music area cause it was loud enough to hinder my purpose of being there. I moved onto a different table and finally got one. Falafel with Pita Bread did not disappoint. Tarkari Veg Biryani was good. They have huge fans in every corner but nothing can beat the summer heat. The best part is the washroom has an AC to cool your nerves down for sometime. Mosquitoes gets a special mention as they are a headache for open area seatings everywhere. Staff could be more courteous and flexible to let guests have a pleasant experience. The photo spot in the entrance alley doesn’t have enough lights in the front which ends up in dark photos. Try standing in the opposite side of where sofa is to get good light for pictures.
