Amer Bakery Hut — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

So here goes my ordeal, ABH is not a new name for Bhopalis it is a renowned place. This new outlet popped up near my home and we couldn't manage to get a place earlier during loot lo offer so decided to try it. The first thing we observe is that they have a really kind uncle as the guard. Ample parking space. But as we entered the restaurant there were 2 parties inside one on the first floor and second was smaller one on the GF. we got some space to sit, we had a baby with us so we asked for a high chair, the waiter said that the chair was on the first floor and is occupied, after some time I went upstairs to use the toilet and I could see no high chair so I asked if it was available now to my utter surprise they informed that they had no high chair and the first time round the waiter lied to our faces that it is available but occupied upstairs anyways we settled down and ordered regular veg items crispy corn (was not crispy but chewy), veg kothe (was quite spicy and needed to be replaced due to a big hair in it-although manager unlike the waiters was polite enough to replace), hakka noodles(the best out of the lot), falafel (guys its not falafel its a falafel roll in pita bread, guys please mention it clearly in the menu. Falafel means falafel and not the roll, although it tasted fine with hummus). The worst part was the service, we understand that there were two gatherings but still the waiters were serving wrong dishes to wrong tables, asking customers whether they have ordered the dish on every table till they found the right one, noodles were served even before the plates , we had to repeatedly remind the waiter that we need forks to eat the noodles and we are 5 people then how we all will eat with 4 forks. They served regular water without asking, after ordering a packed bottle we had to remind at least 5 times to remove the filled glasses and give us empty ones to drink. The waiters often ignored the calls looking the other way as if we were there to eat free langar. The bill was brought by the waiter waving it in the air rather than in a folder which he obliged to bring in after reminding him, also we had to remind him to bring saunf and tooth pick. I don't know if we should expect such lethargic service in such big names of bhopal. Wish I never visited the place it made me feel unimportant as a customer who was not welcome but a burden for service. Sorry but I felt so and won't be going back to...

Thank you Amer Bakery Hut, M P nagar and Ayodhya Nagar for ruining two of the birthday parties of my kids. Delivery time was mentioned 5pm but 1st birthday cake, in March, we received at 7:45 pm, when half of our guests were gone, and we were in continuous touch with the concern person. Now this time I thought that 1st time by mistake ho gaya hoga so again I ordered the birthday cake and father's day cake yesterday with same 5pm delivery time, explained them all the previous experience, but to our wonders this time we received the cakes at 8:45 pm, when all our guests were gone. I don't understand what kind of professional behaviour is this. No value of time and they are experts in giving excuses. To whom shall I serve those cakes? Nahi ho pa raha to bol do k 'humse na ho paega'. The concerned person stopped picking our calls later on. We have to leave our guests unattended and run before them to have that cake. Pathetic experience.. will never even think of going back to ABH and will not...

A very bad experience, had ordered chicken biryani through Zomato which charged me Rs. 600. On reciving order I was surprised firstly seeing the box size which could hardly fit 200 grams and still it was only half filled. Their were just 2 small chicken pieces not more than 2 inches. On calling on the outlet number informing them, they just answered that it's their standard quality and quantity. On reaching the outlet to return the food, we had to face mr. Goswami and Dilip who were not ready to accept their mistake. After waiting for almost 25 minutes we had no choice but to accept the replacement of the same item. Most importantly Mr. Goswami told me to leave the outlet as the right of admission is reserved and he cslled the guard to push us out. I will be raking up this with Zomato as well. Will not recommend to order food from restaurants who don't value...
