Extremely Disappointing Experience

The staff's behavior was highly unprofessional from the moment we arrived. The quality of food was poor, and to make matters worse, no one seemed willing to take responsibility for any of the issues we faced.

When we raised our concerns, the manager on duty, Danish, casually dismissed them saying he’s "just an employee"—the same excuse given by the receptionist and the waiter. This complete lack of accountability is unacceptable.

The environment was equally uncomfortable—mosquitoes everywhere, the AC wasn’t functioning despite the summer heat, and the waiter taking our order appeared completely clueless.

If the owner of this restaurant doesn’t step in and take control, it won’t be long before this place loses all...

Me n my wife got there and we ordered veg munchurian semi gravy in starter. First of all they took 45 minutes in preparation and after they served it was uncooked and also very bad in taste with so much gravy. When we complaint about the order they said in return that we dont get veg orders very often thats why it took time and chef prepared fresh thats why it is nit crunchy and tasty...

We ignored and ordered the food and that also took some odd half an hour. Food was okay

After we asked for the bill and we talked to the owner for the mistake. Firstly he was cooperative and then after that he said munchurian is cooked....

We paid the whole bill and we will not go this...

Non veg best place. People who have own vehicle's is good. But who opted to reach this place by ola and ubear it's problem for them return journey. Very difficult to get cab from that point. It is better to ask hotel person to arrange for vehicle's they will guide u or u can come to silicon city near by just walkable distance from back side of the hotel. There u can get good convenience . While booking cab from there better book payment option as cash. If you are trying pay ment method other than this no one cab person will show the interest.
