Dhuan Restaurant, Rewa – My Honest Experience Hosting a Birthday Party

I recently hosted my baby's birthday party at Dhuan Restaurant in Rewa, and I feel it's important to share my genuine experience to help others make an informed decision.

Party Experience: Despite confirming the arrangements in advance, the overall management was very poor. The environment was not suitable for a family celebration. The presence of people consuming alcohol nearby made many guests feel uncomfortable.

Ambience: The place lacked cleanliness and proper maintenance. The seating and decor were not appropriate for a children's party. It felt more like a casual drinking spot than a place to celebrate a special occasion.

Food Quality: The food served was below expectations – it was neither fresh nor tasty. Many guests gave feedback that the taste and quality were not up to the mark.

Service: The staff seemed untrained and unprofessional. There was no proper coordination during the event, which caused a lot of inconvenience.

Misleading Ratings: Based on online reviews, I expected a better experience. But now I believe many of the high ratings are not genuine. My personal experience was far from what was promised.

But the service was poor and I really missed the ambience and music that a rooftop is known for. It took a long time to get the menu and the person who took the order b'cuz It's really hard to identify whom to ask. However The food was decent. Also I came across a scam here in which You will be provided a water bottle in the table without ordering it. But even if you don't touch or use the bottle it will be there in your bill automatically. You will be forced to pay the amount for the water bottle even if you don't use it.
