Bad and Pathetic experience and now doesn’t seem to be worth it at all!!!!
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unfair practices of Domino's Pizza. It has come to my attention that Domino's is exploiting its monopoly in the market by imposing exorbitant packing charges of 35 rupees for a plain garlic bread, which was not even delivered in a carry bag for a self pickup order from the store. This is nothing short of a blatant attempt to extort money from customers under the guise of a service that was not even provided.
Furthermore, it is appalling to learn that Domino's is also charging extra for ketchup sachets. This nickel-and-diming of customers is not only disrespectful but also reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
In addition to these issues, I have noticed that the restaurant is consistently heated, giving the impression that the air conditioning is merely for show and not for cooling. Furthermore, the restaurant is often messy, with tables filled up with dishes from the previous sitting and not cleaned well enough for the next customers so not comfortable to dine in and this hasn’t changed in years now. Seems like store interior with red colour are not appealing enough to keep high bars of customer service expectations. Taste is always good but if someone wants to eat something, they at-least deserve a good environment to sit and enjoy their meal.
I demand an immediate explanation for these unjustified charges . Additionally, I urge Domino's to reconsider its pricing strategy and focus on providing value to customers rather than exploiting them.

Read moreI recently ordered the new Volcano Pizza from Domino's, but what I received was an empty "Volcano" pizza with no cheese at all. To make matters worse, it was delivered about 55 minutes after I placed the order, which was 15 minutes late.
I raised a complaint but received no satisfactory response. I was told to contact the store directly. When I spoke with the store manager, he was unhelpful and said he couldn’t do anything. Despite sending him a photo of the pizza, he just said “ok” and didn’t take responsibility. I haven’t received a refund for the 15 min late delivery or the missing cheese.

Read moreExtremely bad experience. We ordered cheese burst, which had poorly spread topping, insufficient molten cheese. It felt like spending 600 rupees on a poor taste and bad service was a total waste. The service was pathetic. They didn’t provide us with oregano and chilli flakes, we had to go and ask. Charged extra for ketchup. They had Pepsi bottles but were still only giving in glasses, filled with too much ice, and charging more. The washrooms was very unhygienic too. The staff was arrogant and looked least interested in answering any questions or responding to any complains. They really need to improve their store...
