Domino's Pizza | The Hub, Indore — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I recently visited this Domino’s outlet and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience The behavior of one of the female staff members was highly unprofessional She appeared disinterested in assisting customers and responded with visible irritation when politely approached with a simple request.

Moreover, the table we were given was dirty, with food crumbs and stains clearly visible. Despite bringing it to her attention, the issue was ignored, and we had to request multiple times before it was finally addressed and even then, only partially cleaned

As a regular Domino’s customer, I’ve come to expect a basic level of courtesy and hygiene, both of which were lacking during this visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are better trained in customer service and cleanliness. A brand like Domino’s deserves to be represented with...

Dominos in Hub Mall, Ambiance is a Hit, Garlic Bread and pizza Misses the Mark

Domino's in Hub Mall offers a pleasant dining experience with a good ambiance and comfortable seating options. The restaurant has a modern and spacious interior with comfortable seating and a vibrant atmosphere.

I tried their garlic bread and farm fresh pizza as well as paneer pizza, and unfortunately, everything was a letdown. The gralic bread was bland and lacked any significant garlic flavor and pizza were also tasteless.

And the other thing is they forgot to make my order in the first place after sitting there for half and hour when I ask for my order so they were all looking at each other faces that who took their order , which was very shocking to see at dominos.

While the ambiance is inviting, I wouldnt recommend this place as there is no taste.

🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Had the worst experience dinning in this awful place. Starting with rudest staff who serve you like you owe them money and has no manners at all. The standard that dominos had over the years was simply missing in this particular joint

Had so bad experience that i might never want to go to any dominos ever and would always discourage people from going there

They charged me twice and acted like i was a theif for asking MY OWN MONEY back from those fraudsters

They prepared my order when i paid the first time but didn’t give it to me and after 30 min came and said that my payment was not received. I showed every possible evidence of payment being debited from my end even cross checked from my bank but the rude staff simple was uncorporative and didn’t even check in their respective bank for the credit of my money
