Hatims Kitchen and Kebab Corner is a gem for anyone seeking authentic Bohri cuisine in Indore. I recently tried their Biryani, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Unlike the usual "masala rice" often served under the guise of biryani in Indore, Hatims Kitchen offers the real deal. The biryani was perfectly spiced, fragrant, and tasted just like it should—authentic and delicious.

I have to mention that Indore, while famous for its Poha Jalebi, often falls short when it comes to non-vegetarian food, particularly biryani. Many places here serve a version that doesn't quite hit the mark. However, Mr. Hatim has managed to create something exceptional and out-of-the-box that stands out in the city's culinary scene.

One standout aspect of this restaurant is the pricing. At just ₹80 for a half portion of biryani, the quantity and quality are remarkable. This value for money is hard to find, especially when the food is this good.

However, there is one area for improvement: the availability of beverages. Currently, the only option is water, which can be purchased. Adding a selection of cold drinks would greatly enhance the dining experience, as a refreshing beverage is almost a necessity with such flavorful food.

I ordered chicken biryani through Zomato and they delivered a cup of rice and only one chicken piece instead of that 😠😠😠

Place is nice , good location.. easily seen.. Good variety of meat . I ordered mughlai chicken leg - it tasted cooked , oily roasted outside with blood gushing out near bone part. Malai shwarma and Chicken seek kabab must try......
