I had a terrible experience at HOD. I planned my boyfriend’s birthday here after seeing an influencer’s post, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The staff were unprofessional, with only two people managing the whole place. We had to ask 3-4 times for everything.

When most guests left, the staff turned off the lights and music while our group was still eating. Even after asking them several times to turn it back on, one staff member said, "Light aur gana chalane ka alag se paisa lagega." We couldn’t believe it!

They charged a high service fee, but there was no service – we had to even serve ourselves. Also, the menu prices online (on Swiggy/Zomato) were fake. The real prices at the restaurant were much higher. To make it worse, the staff kept staring at us while we took pictures, making us girls feel uncomfortable.

If you guys are planning to visit this place because of good rating as we did, don't go, all are fake reviews and manipulated reviews. If you guys will use Zomato or swiggy dine out they will deny entry or if Luckily you entered they will charge extra , if 10% discount on Zomato or swiggy they will add extra 10% in service charges , if 20% off then 20% extra service charges. Firstly the location is good, it is a rooftop restaurant, so good for cooler weather. There is a round table arrangement outside in open. They also have a closed sitting arrangement which is comfortable. Food quality is okay. The shakes and vegetables are good. Fresh lime soda was not up to the mark. And I would not recommend chili paneer, again not up to the mark. Otherwise all other options are okay. Service is fast. They are usually open till 12-1 am. Good place to click pictures.
