I think mcdonalds needs to remember their over the counter customers instead of ignoring them and prioritising the ill mannered, ignorant takeaway delivery drivers. In most cases the drivers cue jump and push past/into people Standing at the til waiting over 10 minutes to be served with no one in front of me. I think there needs to be some changes to support both over the counter customers and delivery drivers. I'm sure there are many people who share my opinion and would agree there should be a separate area for deliverys and resources to keep up with the the demands of both areas. I was sat inside waiting for over 40minutes was not busy. When complained about waiting they brought it straight away..When arrived I was brought the wrong order personally I havenât had an experience as bad as this before will not be returning in a while.
Worst McDonaldâs ever , try to give us a half filled drink with literally no ice in the cup, yes I said light ice but those drinks was ridiculous. They canât make food fresh when asked. Its sad that they warm stuff in a microwave then serve it to people like how old is that stuff. And donât get me started with the straws. McDonaldâs stop hiring ignorant children in the place and start hiring people that are worth a damn to work. Just kidding guys nothing like this happened it was a...
Read moreI keep visiting this McDonald's as it comes in my way from college to my house . It has good seating area with light music. It has good lighting. Usually orders are prepared on time ( except on crowded days) . The staff is polite and good. There is also a party hall ( small for birthday and events) which is opened in case of heavy crowds . The shakes and burger are tasty and good ( but sadly very unhealthy) . My McDonald's visit has increased recently due to its wonderful offers on its own app which are irresistible (ex. Mcveggie meal at 155) . It is open till 1 am midnight. Parking here is a trouble for 4 wheeler and sometimes for 2 wheelers too . The food I have usually received is of good quality and feels fresh. You can visit this place individually , or in a group as it has good seating arrangement for everyone. It becomes heavily crowded and messy on weekend evening . It is not wheelchair accessible and doesn't have lifts ( on the first floor). As a personal advise , keep in mind what you want to order as the staff suggestions would make the bill of the double amount which you might regret later. Don't get shocked to see love couples at this place as it situated at bhawarkuan which has like many youngsters from all over India to study in college...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service at the McDonaldâs outlet on Bhawarkua Main Road, Indore. Despite customers paying a decent amount and ordering multiple food items, the staff consistently provide an insufficient number of tissue papers and sauce sachets. This is basic customer service, and failing to meet such a fundamental expectation is unacceptable.
Furthermore, the self-ordering kiosks are practically useless, as the payment modes never seem to work. The staff are always in a rush, showing a complete lack of attention to detail. On multiple occasions, they have failed to include add-ons that were specifically selected and paid for, forcing customers to leave with incomplete orders. Such negligence is inexcusable, especially from a brand like McDonaldâs that prides itself on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This level of carelessness and disregard for customer experience is simply unacceptable. I will not be visiting this outlet again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. McDonaldâs needs to take immediate action to address these serious service failures before losing even more...
