Pizza Zone — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Hi guys,

Visited this place recently for pizza buffet dinner with friends.

First of all the variety that they serve is limited specially when they are not filling the buffet from time to time, most of things get empty and you have to ask waiter that it's empty and then it will take 15 to 20 min for the dish to get refilled.

Secondly soup is not in the display it comes from the kitchen which is very strange as if I didn't ask for it they wouldn't have served soup on their own, another thing all items are squeezed in a small corner and its very hard to take food on your own in such a small place if the place gets crowded, it should be available in center where waiters and others can see in time what is getting empty and can be refilled before it gets empty.

Garlic bread is available only in 1 variety atleast they should maintain two varieties in garlic bread, one simple and 1 with veggies, as per the availability of items, the price of buffet is over priced it should be below 200.

Taste wise, somethings were good like pasta, french fries, garlic bread and pizza, rest of the things were average and even below average in taste.

Overall they Really need to work on their service as well as taste, their bhawar kua outlet is better in terms of taste.

Overall I will visit bhawar kua branch in future, one time visit...

Pathetic place. Reasoning below:

Food was totally cold. And few was actually spoiled like some soya chunk dish. Staff was unprofessional and when asked to get pizza they took 25 mins. Thier were 2 parties going and I can witness how that was spoiled. I can't imagine how the parents were feeling terrible for the mismanagement of pizza zone. The most imp they asked to pay money even before you start anything like you are running without paying them. we were 3 person and they gave us 2 bowl of icecream we asked 5 time tor the same but they did not get it. When I complaint for this to the lady owner who was so rude said "to kya hua icecream nahi mili khana to khaya na Paisa pura dena hoga". I was not even asking for anything but just to improve the hospitality of them but this lady was like some Gunda on the road. For family/friends/ or any gathering strictly no recommendations. I visited this place as I wanted to host a 50 people gathereing so just to check taste and all I visited and thank god I just realised not to do even 2 people gathereing forget 50. I don't have any personal grudge but pls don't visit this place not hygienic, no management, no good food, serving spoiled food. Pls guys your health and mind peace matter rather than this 275 bugs which is good...
