Saju Chef's Biryani - Authentic Dum Biryani — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Hi foodies,

visited the place recently with friends, its near saket square and in the way from saket to khajrana.

the place is small with limited sitting options outside and inside, my friends always visited the place as its in their locality.

i ordered paneer tikka, it took them around 20 min to serve paneer tikka, but they had informed that it will take 15 to 20 min, so we waited and the wait was worth, paneer tikka thry served was really tasty. it was so good that we ordered ot again but the second one was okayish and wasnt as good as first one in taste.

the low rating is because of the spices quality, while i was having paneer tikka i could see the low quality red chilly and other spices.. even the salad served and chatni served with tikka had same issue..

overall good for local people, if you are thinking of visiting from far away then not...

Well I really doubted the taste of Biryani.. As I am a Biryani lover.. Once I tried this outlet Biryani it's blown my mind.. It's the Bestest of best Biryani I have ever tasted.. If you are in Indore.. I must recommend to visit this place and taste the Biryani..

There is nothing authentic, stuff tastes more like those franchise joints where everything has one single unique flavour. This is not my single one time experience, I was attracted to this place for their Tandoori chicken and basis that only I tried other things.
