It was the most disappointing experience. I called the hotel asking for the price , the receptionist first quoted me 2500 rs. When I asked him to lower the price because I was staying for less than 12 hours as I checked in at night, he lowered it to 2000 rs and said cannot reduce it further so I told him that I’ll call him later if required. When I was about to reach that place , the hotel guy called me and we decided a price of 1800 rs and he told me that we should come over to the hotel and talk. Me and my husband went to the hotel,we asked the guy to show us the room first. The room he showed us was alright and also had a water bottle as complimentary and we asked the service person if that was complimentary and he said yes. Then we went back to the reception, provided the id’s and made the payment. Now is the most pathetic part. We never got the room they showed us. It was a room that was not at all similar and to my shock he told us that the water bottle was not complimentary as the room was standard AC and that room doesn’t get a complimentary bottle neither a complimentary dental kit and all these things were chargeable. When I checked out the next morning, for the 20 rs water bottle he had charged me 33.34 rs. I don’t understand that how a 20rs water bottle can be for 34 rs. Charging more than the MRP(Maximum Retail Price) . It looks good when you check it online but the services are deceptive so are the people there. Never ever recommending this hotel to anyone. He should have showed us the same room where he wanted us to stay not the higher category room and the inclusions should have been explained at the time of check in. It’s simply a money making business and no hospitality especially when you are working for...
