Hi Guys,
Recently visited the place it is situated in phoenix citadel mall indore on first floor. My review is based on the veg food I had and the service I got.
Pros This is a chain of barebeque hotel which has a lot of outlets in many cities all over india.
The ambinace is really nice, a mix of a lot of themes but was looking good. Now coming to the food you have a lot of variety in tandori starters, normal starters and even in main course with some live counters.
I tried all of the items, barebeque starters which were served were really tasty specially paneer tikka and mashroom tikka, other starters like pizza , papdi chat were good too, crispy corn , chilly paneer , salsa potato were okay in taste.
Cons Then i tried their main course as well and to be honest the main course was very average in taste and you can say tasteless and somethings like hakka noodles were cold not even hot like other buffet maintain it.
The biggest complaint / disappointment I have is with the service, they really need to work on service and staff, the staff doesnt listens to customer demands at all , for repeating the order we had to wait like half hour and repeated ourself for multiple times. Our buffet itself startered very late after sitting their for good amount of time.
Things like salt and chilly flakes, oregano should be present on table if you are serving pizza, which we had to ask for multiple times while our pizza was getting cold.
Their should be different prices for different customers, Vegetarians and non vegetains should have different rates for buffet like barbeque nation and kababsvilla do.
Overall - The buffet is good specially starters, main course can be better and little more tasteful and kept hot, Service needs a lot of work and waiters require more training, Rate should be different for veg and non veg buffet. I might visit...
Read moreThe latest and a week old baby for the barbeque buffet lunch and dinner from way long from Delhi, Chandigarh, Jalandhar etc is now in Indore.
Located on the first floor of Phoenix Citadel Mall, By Pass, Indore.
Looking towards the ambience is fantastic to be enjoyed either single, couple or a group of people. A lot of space to sit and have delicious food. The theme is traditional from the Punjab and Haryana states. It's beautiful and elegant to be looked upon.
The concept of this restaurant is to serve the speciality food from all the places which are situated in between the Grand Trunk road of nearly 2600 kilometres. Hence they serve a lot of special food from Peshawar, Delhi, Kolkatta, Afganistan, Lahore, Punjab etc. One can enjoy all the specialities under one single roof.
The staff is courteous enough to serve you with proper hospitality and respect. One can enjoy the service of the staff in this restaurant.
The options of both veg and non veg food are available at this restaurant.
The price is so beautifully conceptualized within the range of INR 1000/ per person for both veg and non veg, that every person will love to try it atleast once.
The food served here is so authentically prepared to have a great joy of your taste buds. Every city they represent for the food tastes like it is prepared from that place itself. Lots of barbecue on the table with a grill to serve yourself in your own taste. Starting with salads, soups, main course, desserts, kulfis and at the end the Tambool, saunf, gur, mishri, anardana etc are the proper combinations of a good food restaurant. I really loved everything over here.
Just found a bit of lack in varieties of salad section, otherwise it's the best one.
Strongly recommend every foodie of Indore to enjoy the food here...
Read moreFood/service/ambience is incredible. Serving staff is committed and make sure you eat more & everything. Range of veg & non veg delights is good but non vegetarians would certainly enjoy feasting a lot more. Star of the show is how they begin with setting up a bbq grill on table with multiple chicken/fish/prawn/paneer/soya/mushroom kebab skewers and also float items like grilled pineapple, crispy corn, lotus stems, Momos, galouti kebab, tangdi kebab . Honestly, this is what you come here for but if you are vegetarian who doesn’t like mushroom and soya, then you are just stuck with one paneer tikka (which was great) . For starters you are also served with array of chats that were really nice. Main course too was wild n delicious. Butter chicken, paneer peshawari , dal makhni chicken biryani stole the show n breads were kickass too. You have one or two Chinese options as well. Desserts too were good like gajar ka halwa gulab jamun n much more . You do get a complimentary single serving of soft drink of your choice during meal . On your exit, you will be greeted with a pan corner with a digestives which was a really nice touch…
But if you are veg n don’t relish mushroom & soya, thrs not...
