Trupti Bakes-N-Beans — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Hi Customer, My Name is Atharv Rathi and I am an HR of PolicyX.com...Today i order 60 bake samosa for my company employees, My experiece with Truti Bakes-N-Beans for not good, Mr Sarthak Jain is very rudy behaviour if i am calling to check my order status they got irritated that pls don't call on my personal no. call on shop no. & when I called on there shop no. staff of trupti are unaware about the order status and if i am again calling to Mr. Sarthak they are very rudy on call......and say ab pehle aap aapka pura payment karo fir he order jayega mere shop se, delivery bhi main aapk payment k baad he karahoga ab toh....and then I pay full amount and got delivery..usme mko disposable plates bhi provide nhi ki and when I called them they said sir plates ka toh aapne bola he nhi tha...itna basic sense bhi nhi hai vaha k staff m ki...if I am ordering 60 samosa to serve 60 samosa we have to provide them plates as well.....Its my experience with him and I am sharing my experiece with you all customer so that you should know all these things whiled ordering and spending your...

I ordered Customize cake from them, while ordering they provide all info, and confirmed that they will give home delivery with applicable charges, firstly there cake was expensive , secondly when I go to collect cake from them the uncle sitting there and the staff boy both were too rude and clearly denied for home delivery, even I request them that if they can arrange something I will pay, or else if there staff boy will just come with me. To deliver cake I will drop him back to shop in next 15 mins, he was so rude. The overall experience was worst and it was my big mistake that I ordered from there, as per my knowledge if you ordered cake more than 1000 Rs or any customized cake it will be the responsibility of the bakery to give home delivery, this was my first experience where you have to pay 1400 bugs for cake and you only have to collect and the behaviour was not at all good, I will never visit again, and request all the customers please take everything in written from them before ordering any...

Poor service and not apt to the taste. I ordered a Rabdi cake and they sent me a different cake. I called the customer service and asked them to exchange the cake as I have not eaten it yet and customer service told me to taste it as they were claiming that it is the right cake. The restaurant owner refused to accept that they sent the wrong cake. And if the restaurant is right about claiming that it is Rabdi cake then I would give them 1 star for the taste.

I highly recommend that Baker should try Rabdi cake from other places like Fantasy bakery to know what a Rabdi cake actually...
