when you are travelling from chennai towards trichy stop by to eat on this small hotel run by brahmin twin brothers. there is another hotel similar to this name and many get confused reach there to have horrible food. this hotels serves regular idly, dosa varieties, vada, pongal served with gosthu(vegetable stew), sambar, chutney and podi. afternoon lunch have regular south indian meals normally charged. evening tiffin around 4 pm they serve adai avvial(made with basin flour and vegetables) which is their USP. night it closes before 8pm. don't miss their filter coffee. friendly owner and staffs who gets what you want. if you travelling to visit any temples nearby without hesitation you have good vegetarian food. promise this homely type food is good for travelling. peak hours for morning breakfast 7am to 9am lunch from 12 noon till 2pm evening tiffin 4pm till 5pm night dinner...

We are regulars here just like the millions who use the highway en route. It's been over 30 years since my dad found out this small place that serves Kickass food. Their food building, and the attitude of their staff is top class. Being a highway motel and saved within the service lane is a perfect boon. There is a similar sounding name adjacent to this that has become a failed doppleganger. Your breakfast here must have the Pongal (unless you're the one driving ofc) and podi dosa. If you're travelling somewhere and all of a sudden you feel like having some home food, then this is the place to be. For nominal rates, you get excellent quality food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We stopped by for a breakfast, although our options were limited to dosa and vada only, they were of really great quality.
