24K Kraft Brewzz — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Absolutely unacceptable experience at 24K Kraft Brewzz. Despite calling in advance and making a reservation, we were flatly denied terrace window-sided tables. The staff kept parroting the excuse that all those tables were “reserved.” Reality? Even after we sat there for nearly 1–2 hours, half of those “reserved” tables remained completely empty, while others had just 2 people occupying 6-seater arrangements.

This isn’t just poor management — it’s misleading, disrespectful to customers, and reeks of favoritism. When I confronted the night shift Manager, instead of owning up, he casually said, “I can provide you with a glass window-sided seating.” If this is how they treat guests who call ahead and make reservations, then it makes one wonder if reservations here even mean anything at all.

For a place that markets itself as premium, this behavior is downright shameful. Customers don’t expect to be fooled or treated like second-class after walking in with genuine bookings. Management seriously needs to get its act together, because such practices will only drive people away.

If you value basic fairness, transparency, and respect as a customer — think twice before choosing this place.

We were group of 9, went for dinner at this resto bar. Restaurant is at 5th floor..It has nice and cozy ambience with pleasing city view. For the starters we ordered appetizers - Cheese balls, Mozzarella cigars, Cheese Garlic toasts and Chicken tandoori.. along with mocktails, (they served cheese balls n cigars with some cheesey dip, i don't know whether it was Harissa dip or peri peri dip but the taste was yum, also for the garlic toast they used baguette not sliced bread.. (chef is very keen to the details of each dish..🤘) For the mains, we had Paneer Banjara, Veg Chili-milly in veg and Chicken kolhapuri with Tambda-Pandhra rassa in NonVeg- and wheat rotis. I must say, the food quality is excellent.. (unfortunately it was a dry day, so we didn't get to the bar menu.. but we already have added this place to the list of favs, so we'll definitely hit soon to enjoy booze)

I forgot to mention about Karaoke.. the singer was just outstanding. He was shuffling through hits from 70s to 90s and man..his voice, i must appreciate his incredible skills and art.

The most attractive thing about this restaurant is its ambiance. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the building, and you'll be able to get a wonderful view of Kolhapur city (if you get a good seat). We requested a good seat from one of the servers out there, and we got a seat with a wonderful view. One more good thing about restaurants is that seating arrangements are not congested, so your privacy is maintained all the time. Smoking and drinking are allowed here. One more attraction here is live singing at night. The singer's voice was melodious, and the songs were really soft and suttle.

Talking about food, we ordered fruit punch for a drink, and it was extremely sweet. For starters, we ordered prawn koliwada and chicken banjara kabab, and the taste was good. And for the main course, we had butter garlic naan, tandoori roti with butter chicken, and one more chicken gravy based dish. The dish was good. For dessert we had brownie sizzler and it was really good.
