When local goons start resturants what u get is pathetic people and service.....if u wanna be fooled by the staff n manager pls do visit or else a Big NOO......3 friends visited for a post lunch hangout n avail zomato gold 2+2 drink offer.....they specified a few conditions of offer n we agreed to order accordingly...we were shocked to see d bill without offer applied.....as per their manager offer was not applicable on our order ....we asked him to talk to their captain who took d order n accepted zomato gold but he said u should look after the terms of zomato as a customer.....we had ordered everthing after confirming with their captain n he agreed that zomato gold is applicable on our order...but manager had put all blame on us.....he rudly offered not to pay anything but we politly offered to pay as per d offer which he denied to accept. Even he was not able to show us the terms of offer n rather opted to call Zomato relationship manager...Roshan Gupta....even he accepted to adjusted with us intiallyon understanding the matter but again hotel manager had a word with him n later he also denied us.....very pathtic staff who lied to us n fooled us...why did they accepted the offer at start n why did they came to us at time of billing if offer was not applicable......its just a way of fooling people for business benifit...once u had the drink hardly u can do anything of it......as a customer zomato gold expect us to remember all condition n give advantage to hotel people on their mistake.....disgusting......very bad staff....they also lie to save their staff.......STRICTLY AVOID

Guide to zomato...pls train restaurants before tie up or else u will see such complains...dont just run for tie ups without knowledge.....or else i will be the first one to ask people to not yo go for zomato gold next time.....my first refferral hates...

Worst daymare of my life, we 3 friends went today afternoon Manager don't have knowledge of schemes run by various app like we used zomato, initially he told us that items we ordered are eligible for discount but to our surprise he brought the bill without applying zomato offer. We told him to check Cctv footage that before ordering his manager has confirmed that app offer will be applicable. Then to show that he is real hero the owner I guess told us that we don't need to pay bill.. it's free...but we told them we will pay the bill after applying offer,, for 300 ruppes entire hotel staff was ready to beat us... So we understood that it was just a gimmick men wanted us to pay entire bill otherwise ready to face consequences. Worst experience of my life, food is average and staff is worst not recommended at all. We also discussed this with ZOMATO GOLD MANGER... but in vain they are hand in glove with the owners....

Walk into a cafe walk out of a Bar, this is what baarish is all about . They have a menu full of Italian, Bengali dishes . The pricing of the food is reasonable compared to the quality of food you get at this place . I have tried out different types of mocktails here and liked them all . Specially their Chicken Meat ball , Butter chicken were splendid . Will surely recommend this place to all...
