Pokket cafe old sangavi — Restaurant in Maharashtra

My first and definitely last visit to this branch. Completely Veg. Used to love Pokket Cafe at Pimpri a lot and assumed that all branches were the same.

Had a single woman manning the counter and kitchen and the cafe was empty. Took our order thrice and later informed us to wait since apparently the main lady had gone home. After a while, this person told us that she will only make. In the end we had a veg sandwich when what we ordered was a Cheese grilled sandwich. And the bread was falling off from all sides which showed that the bread was Old as well.

Paid and left without a single word as we would never ever return even for...

Wanted to give one star but the taste and quality of the pizza was AWESOME so gave one more.

I ordered two pizzas, 1.GST Rates in the menu wasn't included 2.10rs parcel charges for each pizza were charged which wasn't mentioned in the bill

I had carried 300rs cash out of which i ordered two pizzas worth 250rs as i needed the remaining money for other purchases because of extra charges i had to go all the way back home to carry remaining cash for other purchases

P.s: Order from Swiggy or other apps to get discount on takeaways and also extra parcel charges should be mentioned in the bill or atleast informed...

Very Bad experience. It is not original post Pokket Cafe its just any other fast food outlet where 2 lady prepare some food items which are also not worth to try. I order cheese garlic bread and they gave me normal bread applied mayo sauce on it..I asked for card payment which they denied due some issue but basically they don't want...
