I recently visited Burger King at Ambegaon Budruk, and it was a pretty good experience overall. The outlet is easy to spot, located just off the Mumbai-Pune bypass road, which makes it convenient if you're passing through or live nearby. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a modern look and comfortable seating. I liked how quick and smooth the ordering process was, especially with the self-service kiosks. The staff was polite and served the food hot and fresh. I tried their classic Whopper and fries — both tasted great and were up to the usual Burger King standards. It's a nice place to grab a quick meal or chill with friends, and it wasn’t too crowded, which made the visit more relaxing. Definitely a good option for fast food lovers...

I recently ordered burgers from this Burger King outlet and was disappointed to find that I didn't receive the peri peri sachets, despite paying extra for them. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location. A few months ago, I received a delivery with a leaking Coke that wasn't properly secured, resulting in all the burgers and fries becoming soggy. Although I complained through the app, the frustrating response and tiresome process deterred me from pursuing it further. Unfortunately, the same kind of negligence happened again today. It seems the employees at this outlet are not working responsibly, as these mistakes keep occurring. Due to this repeated negligence, I will not be ordering from this outlet...
