Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I have been a regular customer of this particular branch. I would really like to put this up. The current staff they are having has been ruining the image of the cafe, no hygiene, no availability, no timely service. At least the washrooms are expected to be clean. When we are spending this amount on a coffee we definitely do not think about the taste and stuffs, the money is for the service the ambience & the place ofcourse and unfortunately this is turning pathetic

The previous team they had was really great at their work. The lady on the order counter Priyanka was helpful well spoken & most importantly well behaved with the customers. Me & my loved ones have always considered this place as a happy place till date. But ever since they have changed the staff the experience has turned around.

CCD has an image in the market & I feel sorry to say. The current service of them might ruin the same. I hope this is considered & worked...

The experience at CCD today was not satisfying. The order was given specifically but the staff adding specifically extra two cheese slice in the bill was shocking. Upon asking the representative explained that Two slices go well with one garlic bread. Evidently, two slices were not given, when asked representative said that the cheese melted. This does not mean that you bill the customer for extra cheese slice without knowledge.

Also, we had to ask for the ketchup, tissue papers, not a single ketchup sachet was given with sandwich and garlic bread.

Also, the cappuccino given was also not up to the mark of CCD itself. (Photos attached) and the representative came with mobile saying they have new policy stating that the video of cappuccino is required.

There was emotional connection with same place. Now, I'm afraid that this incident washed out all the good memories.

Finally, I don't want give even that one star...

CCD is always a awesome place to spend quality time with your loved ones & that too with a great coffee and variety of snacks what else one would need.. and this ccd on Katraj road is quiet a nice place has a beautiful ambience and sitting. Inspite being on the busiest road it’s not at all crowded and doesn’t have any rush. It’s pretty much quite and calm so you could spend a really good and private time. The coffee varieties they provide are too good especially mocha & devils own my fav. The garlic bread has no other competition in the industry. Also the honey & oatmeal cookies are worth a try. I recently purchased the medium roast coffee powder from ccd for making coffee at home and it’s pretty nice...
