Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Hygiene Standards*

I recently visited this and had a shocking experience. As I was about to take a sip of my drink, I noticed a crocroach (cockroach) floating in it. I was horrified and immediately brought it to the attention of the management team.

To my surprise, they seemed unconcerned and claimed that the crocroach must have been inside the straw, implying that it was not their responsibility. They offered to replace my drink, but that was the extent of their apology and compensation.

What's even more disturbing is that when I glanced into the kitchen & counter, I saw multiple baby crocroaches crawling around. It's clear that the cafe is not maintaining proper hygiene standards, which is unacceptable for any food establishment.

As a customer, I expect a clean and safe environment, especially when it comes to food and beverages. Pizza affairs failed to meet these basic expectations, and I would not recommend this cafe to anyone.

I am very happy to visit this place with my friends and family. This place is amazing to make your moments memorable with your loved ones. Staff over here is so polite and co-operative, owner is very supportive to make your event special and also they will give you advice to make it more delightful. One of the best place to celebrate birthday parties with your friends and family even within the short intimation. About the food they have got wide variety of food, but i prefer Pizza, sandwiches and French fries loaded with melted cheese. Finally we had a great evening at this place.
