Cafe Bliss (Cafe & Resto @ Bliss Nirvana Resort) — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Absolutely abysmal experience with the staff and owner. Took over 1.5 hrs and still did not bring our order. Kept a family of 7+ people waiting for a ridiculously long time only to not serve the order. Moreover the restaurant owner has absolutely no idea how to deal with customers. Started fighting with us and 3 others families who were complaining. The worst experience till date. Definitely recommend STEERING CLEAR of this place to save yourself from a pathetic and time wasting experience. Would rate 0/5 stars if it was possible. Moreover the other reviews are ambiguous and invalid since the ambience and vibe is not as good as it’s shown to be on photos.

Your reply exactly portrays how the service was. Lol rather than still apologising for the incident you deny it and try to undermine the customer. The 3 other families would love to “exaggerate” their review too I suppose? Rather than ur “hope could’ve served u better” comments actually go learn how to treat customers and run a business. I recently dined at Pokket Cafe in Lonavla and tried a variety of their dishes. The Alfredo Pink Sauce Pasta was creamy and flavorful, a delightful combination of pasta and sauce. The Peri Peri Fries had a spicy kick that I enjoyed, and they were perfectly crispy. The Peach Ice Tea was refreshing and a great choice for a warm day. The Hot Chocolate was rich and comforting, perfect for chocolate lovers. The Mug Cake was a sweet treat with a moist and indulgent texture. The Aalo Tikki had a nice crunch and a tasty filling. Lastly, the Crispy Veggie Burger was satisfying with a crispy patty and fresh toppings. Overall, the food at Pokket Cafe was delicious, and I would definitely recommend trying...

A small cafe located near Bhushi Dam facing the Hills. Visited on a Monday Afternoon and was almost empty but open. They have parking for a few four wheelers inside.

They have outdoor sitting only as the indoors are closed for renovation.

Coming to the food, I ordered a Paneer TIkka Pizza (Medium), Garlic bread and Hot Chocolate.

The Pizza was freshly prepared and served in around 20 mins along with garlic bread. To our surprise the PIzza was indeed good as per the reviews that we had read and better that we have in the city of international brands. Hot chocolate was average.
