🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏 #Cricket_Lovers........Finally, our wait is over!
'Cric Cafe'...probably the first one in Pune is all set to give you spectacular experience!
The entrance of the cafe itself reminds the Pavilion of M.A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chepauk, Chennai😍 (Being a CSK fan, what could be more fascinating for me, by the way???)
Just like McDonald's mascot, 'Mahi' is sitting on the bench offering his emblematic smile and inviting you to take photos with him and I bet you cant ignore him😁
I was astonished when I entered the cafe! Just at the entrance, there is scorecard of famous Final Match of WC 2011 between India Vs. Sri Lanka!
Felt like entered in a dressing room of Wankhede Stadium! The ambience is marvellously decorated and there is anything but cricket, cricket and cricket only!!
The hanging MRF bats reminds us the golden era of Indian Cricket when Tendlya used to bat with MRF sticker!
The entrance is bit narrow, but the restaurant hall is quite large with neatly arranged tables and chairs. Each table depicting information of special player of Indian team and the thing most touched me is that the Indian Womens' Cricket team was also equally represented here. 'Jhulan Goswami' is all set to show you her extraordinary achievements whereas the legendary captain 'Mithali Raj' is leading her team with the same confidence! Ofcourse there is presence of MSD, Dada, Tendlya, Cheeku, The wall and many more😊 There are two autographed memorabilia bats that catches our attention:- one is signed by Australian Cricket team when the match took place between India and Australia at MCA International Stadium, Gahunje 13 Oct 2013 where Aussies won by 72 runs, and other is signed by Rising Pune Supergiants team during IPL 2016.
The hall also consists of a large LED TV set and since we went there yesterday, we enjoyed the practice match between India and Bangladesh....fortunately, Mahi was on the crease and Maahol was like ' Maahi Maar Raha Hai'!!! (See the below picture of match and see the bottom strip showing last ten balls:- 4,4,1,6,1,0,4,6,1,6😎😎😎)
The 3rd room consists of gigantic view of stadium on the wall (see the picture below) and is dedicated for family seating with long tables. The lighting is arranged in such a amazing way that it will leave you completely awestruck! The bulbs are fixed in a holder which is having shape of seasoned cricket ball! The next surprise is the Game Zone!! Wow! Two large sized 72 inches LED screens are specially arranged for playing cricket game. We played Ashes series between England and Australia(ofcourse man!) And I also hit one six with Moin Ali as a player😆
Okay....okay! Too much for ambience right? But Nooo....just go and see the thing- Ye dekhne ki cheej hai hamara dilruba!
About Food:- We seriously engaged so much in ambience and all the arrangements that we completely forget to click pictures of food. But yes, food was Lajawab👌 just like Gautam Gambhir's inning in WC 2011 Finals🤩 We have ordered Veg hakka noodles and French Fries classic with special Mint Mojito mocktail! Superb taste😋 And most importantly, Pocket Friendly.
About Owner:- Tusshar Jadhav, a cricket lover is very humble and talkative person. He joined us and we enjoyed the match together!
About Staff:- Very friendly and most importantly having knowledge of cricket! They are also enjoying the practice match yesterday.
Overall Experience:- Asking for mine??? Go guys, get yours first!

Read moreAmbience - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is really good in terms of Ambience. Pune's only cricket themed cafe .If you are a cricket lover you will love this place a lot. They have 4 tv screens so no matter wherever you sit you can watch the match . Also they have 2 PS4 in the cafe with multiple Cricket Games. Every small details are considered while designing the cafe . You must visit once just to have a look at Ambience.
Food - ⭐⭐⭐ Honestly the food was not so good. I liked just the mocktails (Especially the blue lagoon and Cinderella) and fries 😅. The pizza (Tasted good when we separated cheese layer toppings and the base😅 ) , noodles and the Sandwich were good to some extent. The pasta was too sweet and the chicken in the burgers tasted weird 😟. The worst amongst them were the ice tea. It was just like adding a base flavor and cold water on it .
Overall I would recommend you to visit this place at least once just for...
