Hotel Hangout Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

We ordered food from Uber Eats on December 29, 2019. Looking at our previous orders at Hangout, we expected to get good quality. But the Chicken Biryani we received was rotten, having very bad smell when opened. When we called Hang Out management, first they ignore to respond & transferred phone from one person to another. Later-on someone told to call in the evening to talk to manager. The answering people on phone were very careless people & not ready to listen anything. When we call in the evening, the person who supposed to be manager, told us to contact to Uber since we have not ordered directly to them. Please help me to understand sir, is Uber creating food for you & delivering it to us or they are just delivery person who deliver what you have cooked. If you cook rotten food they will deliver same food. So to my understanding it is your mistake to provide rotten food not Uber eats. Beaware about bill & containt of billing On hoarding they mentioned 15% discount on food and when order for parcel they didn't give discount and biggest thing Rs 76 charging for takeaway parcel on food bill 290/-

Very worst experiences of behavior & reply from hospitality staff.

When hangout was started they gave best service and customer satisfaction along with excellent behavior from overall staff.

But now they become arrogant, don't give proper response and services also food quality...

The restaurant is not providing as per the sevice as per the good quality and main owner i while taking with him I did not get well support with that hotel and the language of the main incharge or what ever who is this I don't know about that person and the quality of the food and the management i really bad as we are a coustomer we are not for those in those hotel for those people the Hotel is third class hotel in i ever seen my life. Please don't visit that...
