Probably the worst Domino's outlet in entire Pune. We tried dine in and delivery. The experience was bad both the times. The service is extremely bad, you'd find people not in Domino's uniform roaming around in the kitchen and the staff behavior is horrible.
While going for dine in, they didn't clean the tables. Since there was a lot of sun rays coming through in the ground floor, I opted to sit in the first floor. The tables were a mess and seemed as somebody had recently had their meal. I went downstairs thrice to request the staff to clean the tables but they didn't even budge.
When I asked them angrily, they simply informed that the first floor section is closed. I was surprised why they didn't inform me the previous 3 times.
Fuming, I left the place without taking my order but had already paid. When I complained the same to Domino's service center, they requested me to collect the cash from the outlet.
I went there twice but every time they came up with a reason that the owner is not there. I have stopped visiting this outlet ever since out of frustration. Bunch of cheaters and have no service knowledge.
I tried delivery from them for a guest and their kid, the result was similar. The pizza was the worst I have ever tried from Domino's.

I was made to wait for almost 50 minutes before receiving a call stating that they couldn’t service my location, allegedly because it was few hundred meters outside their service boundary. This was clearly false, as their website had already verified and accepted my delivery coordinates. To add to the frustration, my location is less than 4.5 km from the outlet from which I placed the order, making their excuse even more questionable. Even if there were a genuine service limitation, courtesy and professionalism would have demanded that I be informed immediately, not after waiting close to an hour. Instead, they had the audacity to attempt to cancel the order from my end, and only when I refused did they proceed to cancel it anyway, citing “high demand at the outlet” as the reason. Please also note that the phone number shared by Dominos was not reachable, and all this communication transpired, when they called me instead. This was a terrible experience, marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and disrespect for the customer. Read moreI ordered 2 pizzas and 1 mirinda from here through Zomato. At first they called me that the order will be delayed and I agreed to it. After an hour when I checked for my order I found the app was showing the rider near my house but not delivering the order. I tried calling the rider back to back but he didn't answer. Later I tried calling the restaurant and again the same thing happened. At last somehow the restaurant answered my call and I got to know that the rider met with an accident. I agree accidents can happen but at least they must inform me or respond to my calls. I called the restaurant and asked them to cancel the order and after calling them for 3-4 times they cancelled the order. But marked the order as delivered on Zomato. I contacted Zomato and they asked me to contact Domino's and the restaurant said that we have cancelled the order and you will get the refund in 24-48 hrs. It's been more than 7 business days now but still no refund from them. I visited the restaurant 3 days back and they asked me for a bank statement I gave them the same but still no response from them. Such a pathetic service by Domino's.
