I ordered a Regular Veg Loaded Pan Pizza but received a Chicken Sausage Pizza instead. This was particularly troubling as my family observes a strict no-meat policy on Mondays for religious reasons. The mistake not only disappointed my family but also created a distressing situation, as my young nephew inadvertently consumed the pizza. Given the significance of our dietary restrictions, no compensation could adequately address the impact of this error.
Furthermore, despite the advertised 30-minute delivery guarantee for a distance of only 2-3 kilometers, my order took an hour and a half to arrive. Timely service is crucial for customers who order food out of hunger, and this delay was disappointing.
Additionally, when I requested ketchup from the delivery person, I was informed that I would need to order it separately for a fee by delivery boy. This lack of customer service further detracted from my experience.
Given these issues, I regret to say that I no longer trust Domino's for my pizza needs and will consider Food Truck or Street Stalls if I wish to have...

Ordered Items at 9:18 PM yesterday and till 11pm it was showing dispatched on the App.Tried connecting on the number provided .No one took the call.My kid slept empty stomach .I had lost the energy to wait further waiting for 2 hrs. No courtesy of call back or any update ,Although amount was fully paid in advance and at 11:30 pm it showed order canceled without any information or update.
Still waiting for the refund amount.

The store manager’s behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He outright refused to accept our order and insisted that orders would only be taken via the Domino’s app. When we requested assistance with placing the order through the app, he bluntly refused to help. Instead, he arrogantly said that if we couldn’t figure it out, we should leave the restaurant, as they were not willing to serve us.
To make matters worse, the overall hygiene of the restaurant was appalling. Tables were dirty, and there was an evident lack of cleanliness throughout the premises. It was completely unhygienic and unacceptable for any food establishment, let alone a reputed brand.
