I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s (CIDCO, Aurangabad branch). I ordered through Zomato (Order #76, 19th Sept 2025, worth ₹191), and despite Domino’s popular promise of quick delivery, my order was delayed for more than 1 hour. I waited patiently but there were no proper updates, no call from the restaurant, and no attempt to resolve the situation. In the end, I was forced to cancel the order at 8:44 PM after wasting my time and appetite.
This is not the standard of service expected from a brand like Domino’s. A company that advertises “30 minutes or free” should at least ensure timely delivery when customers trust them with prepaid orders. It is extremely frustrating when customers are left waiting without information, and then left to chase refunds or compensation on their own.
Domino’s must take responsibility, improve its delivery operations, and train its staff to value customers’ time. I strongly request management intervention and appropriate compensation (voucher/free pizza) for the inconvenience caused. Until then, I will seriously reconsider ordering from...
