Domino's Pizza | Punawale, Pimpri-Chinchwad — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Ordered Large size pepper paneer pizza from Domino's app with extra cheese and see how they delivered pizza, Domino's shop is just 1.5 km away from my place still they could not delivered it hot and properly, also it took more than 1hour to complete delivery, payment was made online still delivery guy was asking for payment after multiple argument payment issue was sorted by me, when given bad feedback on app within 5 min you will get response from them as we tried reaching you but your did not received phone they just send message as they are trying to connect and get back in 24hours but nothing happens, after sending feedback for 50th times you get call from someone from Domino's customer who will ask for query but his language on call is very abusive and arrogant ,then they will provide you number of some other person and will ask to send pics of pizza on that number, even after sending pics they will not accept their mistake, after having multiple complain and bad feedback they will say that it will not happen next time, this is 3rd time i am having se issue so writing review so that no one else should be affected, we are paying huge money to eat pizza and what this guys are doing no proper solution, does not have experience to talk with customer, when you ask for refund they will ask you to order pizza again and select cash on delivery option, and they will say that they will nil your bill from background, even i tried following this step , but when they deliver pizza with this solution they ask for payment, very very worst store and pathetic service by this store in punewale, please close this store we dont need it, guys please be aware before ordering pizza from here..i dont write such long and bad review but this store guys have forced me to do this due to...

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had at your B-WING, SAI RAJ HEIGHTS, Sai Raj Heights Road, Punvale Bazar, Punawale, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411033 branch. As a long-time regular customer, my visit to Dominos has always been associated with exceptional service and delectable food. However, my most recent encounter was a stark departure from my expectations.

I placed a take-away order at 04 PM number 75 with your store. The order was schduled for collection at 06 PM but the order was not delivered even after lapse of 30 mins til 0630 PM. The reason provided was an "IT fault," which is unacceptable. My name was clearly visible on the monitor screen in contrast to their excuse of IT fault.

Moreover, Mr. Rahul, who identified himself as the manager, exhibited unprofessional behavior. He misbehaved, pointed fingers, and his conduct was inappropriate. I request that you review the CCTV footage to verify this incident.

To my dismay, I also observed Mr Rahul engaging in unprofessional behavior by talking ill on my face on enquiring the reasons. When I approached him to express my feedback and dissatisfaction, he responded callously with a dismissive "krlo jahan complaint krna h." He displayed hostility and a lack of courtesy, making it the worst service experience I have ever encountered at Dominos.

I have been a loyal patron of Dominos for an extended period, and I must admit that this experience has left me questioning the deteriorating standards at the Sairaj heights Dominos branch. Such unprofessional and discourteous behavior from your staff has certainly marred my perception of the Dominos.

Please address this matter promptly and inform me of the actions taken. I look forward to...

firstly i went to dine in but when i go up and see there is some flies are there,seat & table was not cleaned properly then we leave from there and placed home delivery option,after 45 min when delivery boy reached and give us our order with 2 chilliflakes and 2 origano for the order of rs645and he asked store gave him this much only packets ,at tht time i am roasted with this all,i asked delivery buy to took back the order and give me my refund then he called store manager,i expained store manager that you know better that your pizza are average in taste for a spicy person,atleast there is some more seasoning you send with delivery boy bcoz some people want more spicy taste and he said mam aapko pehle comments mein likhna chaiye tha aapko extra chaiye the to,i never do this before and there is no comment section i. found in application,rest of all he told me that i arranged from another delivery boy you just wait for a while,after 20min. of wait i tried to find store number but costomer care is not capable to connect me and no one come to give me the seasoning after all this shit i bcome more disapponted when i found that there was no cheeseburst as i pay more for cheeseburst you can check in pictures also but dominos didnt bother to take action on these franchisee.so in my case i am not suggest anyone to wash your money in dominos tasteless...
