The Domino's Effect: A Chain of Disappointments

I visited the Domino's outlet at Chinchwad with my family, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a messy and unclean environment. The tables were dirty, and we had to request the staff to clean our table before we could sit.

The service was slow, and it took over 20 minutes to serve our pizzas. To make matters worse, our order was served in parts, and we had to repeatedly request the remaining items. It was frustrating to have to ask multiple times for our complete order.

The final straw was the presence of mosquitoes throughout the restaurant, making our experience even more uncomfortable.

So called Dominos-Worst service ever. Attaching the order summary snap. Ordered from Swiggy at 1:34 PM. Its been 1:30 Hrs already and order was still in preparing stage. Called the restaurant through ordered tracking page of Swiggy and it was continuously not answerable. When connected with centralized call, still there is no response. When somehow got the other number of the restaurant, lady was very rude and asking whether to cancel the order and initiate the refund. Customer is waiting for 1:30 Hrs for the order and instead of apology, executive is asking to cancel the order. Also She called once at 1:45 PM that order will reach till 45-50 mins but we followed up with the restaurant at 2:35 PM which is more than an hour.
