Read moreSo #dwarka garden restaurant is one of the oldest garden restaurant present near Nagpur at 13km feom zero mile. Its been evolving according to the time and new trends. I've been visiting this restaurant from my childhood and i have seen many changes happened there with time. Recently when i visited there i observed that again the standards are improved. They have new menu with detailed information about each and every dishes in their menu and also the plates and glasses are changed. The not so cool thing about this place is lights. One thing that is not Changed from the Start is their ambiance. Although theh have increased their parking space and also expanded space at entrance with a garden lawn for parties. They have 3 idiots bum chairs, a small train for kids and some other playing stuff. They provide bonfire during winter and mosquito coils. The food here is no doubt delicious and healthy. But on their recently changed menu the prices are too high than before which is really disappointing as the quantity remains the same as before. Even after so many changes this restaurant still is not as good as other garden restraunts which are opened new in amravti road (eg. WOW). They have their bar open which is not allowed to many of the restaurants...
Read moreWorst experience in a hotel. We started with soup - Vegetable Manchow and to tell the truth it tasted like burnt coal in thick hot water - don't ask where I tasted that. There was absolutely no other taste to the soup. Secondly we ordered Chilli Paneer - nothing good about it too. Very mediocre taste for a Rs 350 dish. We were so disappointed till that time, that we decided to order Dal Tadka and Roti to end it. We complained about the food quality to the hotel employee who was taking the order - he did not pay attention and just took the order and left. The Dal Tadka was okayish, but the portions offered were so small, that a person alone could finish it off. People spend their hard earned money on such places - a bill of 1094 and I left supremely disappointed. Finally when we complained to the hotel manager he said we never have recieved any complaints and want that people should come forward and give them a chance to improve. The audacity of the statement and the totally insincere look on his face are reasons enough to never visit the restaurant again. P.S. In such disappointing cases the manager and the hotel should have the humility of at least offering to refund the money, instead of saying we won't do it...
