We were satisfied here because of authentic teasty food, guest friendly staff and warm welcome by Mrs. and Mr. Chirayu Phase.

We started our dinner with a superb crab soup followed by delicious starters such as Tandoor Prawns, Bombil Tawa Fry and Kothimbir vadi... Yes, you must try Kothimbir vadi, it is one of the favorites here... We had Surmai Thali in our main course. You do get options of Chapati, Jawar bhakari and Rice bhakari in Thali. Surmai and Baby shrimps(sukat) served in the Thali were simply great. The solkadhi I had here is the best one I have ever had.

The secret for this success story is that Mr. Chirayu personally travels to Harne port and handpicks the fish. So, you rest assure with the freshness and the quality of fish.

Small area of improvement - during winter season, cool weather is making it little bit uncomfortable, especially for senior citizens.

From the moment we stepped into the beautifully decorated restaurant we were warmly greeted by the impeccable Mr. Tushar. Mr. Tushar was so attentive, dilligent, knowledgeable, sensative, and yet unendingly courties. I felt he was the best waiter in the world, as his hospitality could not be beat. He immediately grasped we were on a journey and in a hurry and delicately inquired our cuisine preferences. At our aspirations for local and authentic cuisine, Mr. Tushar's passion came alive. Imagine the ratatouille reviewers experience. It was as if we had returned to our village and gramdma sat us down with her delicacies. The best samples of Malvan cuisine with Solkari transported us to gourmet heaven. As the food coma started to settle in, we realized we had been eating for ages. "Recently, my friends and I visited Hotel Flavours Classic with our families and we had an excellent experience, with palm trees surrounding us, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The service was not that great, but i must say staff was friendly, making recommendations and answering all of our questions. The food was outstanding. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and each dish was expertly prepared and presented. I especially loved the way the Surmai fry was served on coconut leaf along with Prawns curry and the Solkadi, which were some of the best I've ever had. We also tried Kharada chicken and it was not that spicy but i must it was also good in taste. One of my friend had ordered Veg thali and his feedback was also good. For the quality of the food, I feel that the Flavours Classic hotel offers good value for money with good Ambience. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic seafood or Non Veg dining...
