This hotel was my first preference for biryani in karad. Even I use to refer your quality to others. In my Zomato it's just manpasand biryani house orders.

Last Tuesday i visited hotel and ordered "mutton dum biryani" parcel. It's cost was 270/- for full. But after paying cash to guy at hotel he took 280/- Extra 10 for parcel. Same thing is not mentioned anywhere on your counter or on menu card. For customers experience you should mention these details. It's matter of experience and not money.

When we say dum it should be dum. But here we have to mix white rice and mutton or chicken gravy each time to balance spices from gravy at home. On top of this just 4 bone pieces were in full dum biryani. We have to expect just 2 in half?

My overall experience was not good so I have rated one star. I hope this will help...

Excellent food for reasonable price. We ordered Special mutton thali, which was very tasty and more than enough for a person. The thali we shared and two of us could easily satisfied our tummies. We ordered a half Mutton biryani which was also sufficient for both of us. The biryani was also excellent in taste and no spieces were overpowering the taste. The mutton pieces were tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. Overall bill was Rs 500. Excellent ambiance and very polite and caring staff where they notice from your plate and asks for refills.👌 Both Tambda and Pandhara rassa were excellent and you couldn't resist finishing two to three bowls of them.😂 All in all a best place to enjoy quality food with your loved...

I recently visited Manpasand Biryani and ordered a half Mutton Dum Biryani for takeaway. However, when I got home and opened the parcel, I was shocked to find only rice inside, not a single piece of mutton. This is completely unacceptable especially from a place that claims to serve authentic dum biryani. Whether it was a mistake or intentional it is a serious lapse in quality control and customer service. When you pay for mutton biryani you expect to get exactly that, not just flavored rice. Highly disappointed with this experience. I wont be recommending this place to anyone unless they drastically improve their service and accountability.
