Thanks for replacing packet of 250 golgappe with 100 Gol gappe today. I didn't wanted you to take whole loss on you.

Today I have purchased a packet of gol gappe for take away from your store. Unfortunately, the quality was really disappointing for take away product. The gol gappe were not fresh, and the taste was subpar, suggesting that I might have been given an old packet. It was also noticeable that the packet was given from inside the store's kitchen, not from the outside fresh stock from rack.

I usually enjoy your products, so this experience was quite unexpected. I hope you can ensure better quality control in the future.

One of the worst bhel I have ever had. The staff could not differentiate between sweet, medium and spicy. The pani-puri lacked basic taste and ingredients. Staffs are least aware about even making bhel. Over priced as well inspite of all these worst services.
