Wanted to visit this place for a while, and could not have been a better day as a small family celebration.
Overall terrible experience, 2 stars for Ambience, average food and efforts being made, I think you guys can do a lot better, just focus on customer delight.
Went with average hopes.
Positive. Nice ambience. Average food. People trying to smile and trying to make efforts.
Now the discomfort started as soon as we stepped in.
We were 4 including kids, and were offered seats in the area we were expecting..... But alas.. As soon as walked towards seating one person from hotel comes in says those seats are Reserved , and then the other ones were reserved. Mind you.. There were no "reserved batches or markings" On the table.
Gave it a benefit of doubt and seated outside.
There was some smell from open counters there but bearable.
Ordered starters, special request was made to keep it no spicy for kids.
Service was quick, spicier than expected, again gave a benefit of doubt.
Ordered main course..
Again, whole restaurant seems to be in too much hurry, waiter took the plate without asking, even before kids finish eating.
Now it was hitting nerve, but thought they may be rushing to manage Friday rush.
Main course arrives, roti, sabji.... Dal was no where to be seen, while everything was ordered togather, has never happened with us in any other main course order ever.
The option was, either let the food get cold or let the dal arrive later..

Read moreI had visited this restaurant on 15/02/2020 in the evening and was disappointed with the attitude of the staff. One of the items that we ordered was the Mysore masala dosa. After I ate it, midway I realized that the masala mix (mostly with potatoes) was stale as it tasted bad. I requested my wife to taste it to make sure that the stuff was indeed bad. She seconded me. We promptly reported it to the staff with intention that others who might have ordered it or would order it should not complain. The attending staff visited their kitchen, spoke to their cooks and reported back that the masala mix in the dosa was freshly prepared and should not have gone bad. They seemed to disbelieve us. I also reported matter at payment counter and they just pretended to be concerned for some time. They were more bothered about the payment of Rs. 399. I happily paid the amount to these shameless fellows who did not have the basic courtesy to apologize for the poor quality of food they served. They might have had begun to think that I might ask for a reduction or refund, which I never asked for. Now I have understood why many people in India are of the opinion that Maharashtrians (I assume that the staff was from Maharashtra) do not know how to conduct themselves in an entrepreneurship. They do not know the importance of goodwill in business. Sorry if might have sounded rude, but I think it is a harsh reality. They are too egotist to carry on with business. Read moreIt was really bad experience to had dinner at Radha pure veg restaurant yesterday. Non salty having nil spices. it's plain paneer vegetable , after a bite we asked them pls give little bit of tadka or masala so that we can have it. After that no one attended properly . Staff was not properly groomed had no information about offers. Yesterday at all table they have mentioned that Independence day offer i.e. complimentary dessert will be given if bill exceed above 500 ₹. We are done with our dinner ordered bill no one offered the desert.After the bill when we enquired the offer they said yes we do have 2 desert options which one you like will be deliver or parcel as per your requirement.We asked to parcel one of the options and we waited for 15 mins..then I enquired with other available waiter ..then he said we don't have the option you want we can pack other one.. After our confirmation again waited another 10 mins then they said no desert left and we cant pack we can only Serve you here ..when I said ok give that then he told us don't have both options.. after so much of waiting and argument they offer 20 RS ice cream. Ideally they need to trained their waiter about the menu and offers Also they need to be proactive for offering something. ...at last if they are not capable of fulfill the commitment they should remove the offer and convey to customer that the offer is no longer available because...
