Went to Global Punjab on Mother’s Day, expecting a nice family dinner. Instead, we got a live demonstration of how to completely ignore guests and ruin a special evening—all in one go.
We arrived at 8 PM, and no one bothered to attend us for a good 15–16 minutes. Called the staff multiple times, but clearly, we weren’t loud enough for their standards. When someone finally came, he casually dropped the menu on the table without even a hello—hospitality at its peak.
Asked for someone to take our order—took another 10 minutes. Even a water bottle took 10 minutes to arrive, as if they were filling it from a glacier. Starters came after 30 minutes and were so cold I almost checked if the plate was from the fridge.
Now, I understand it was a busy day—but the staff wasn’t just slow, they were full of attitude and zero manners. They were moving around, sure, but with absolutely no coordination or care for guests. We kept requesting someone to check on our main course. We waited 1 hour—nothing.
Finally, I walked to the reception and told them to cancel the order. They gave the bill without a single word—not even a basic “sorry” or “what went wrong?” It’s almost impressive how indifferent they were. And I wasn’t the only one—other families started leaving too.
We left around 10 PM, with only cold starters served and a final bill of ₹859—money well wasted.
Mother’s Day was ruined thanks to poor service, cold food, and staff who clearly forgot they’re in the hospitality business.
Note to management: It’s not just about running around and looking busy—a little courtesy, basic service, and treating guests like guests goes a long way. Hope you guys...

Considering to be an Executive Hotel we visited this place for dinner party of our Marriage Anniversary. Everything was going fine until my wife need to use washroom. She noticed washrooms were locked. When she approached to the staff they responded that washrooms are nonfunctional and use public toilets outside the hotel. She approached to person on main counter and conveyed her disappointment about hotel service.
Because of this incident after returning back on table she was in bad mood and finding her very uncomfortable. I headed up towards restaurant manager for sorting a situation. I was under impression that manager would say sorry for inconvenience and offer complementary Mocktail or some starter which will ease the situation. But his response was very careless. I could not understand whether he was a manager or joker!
After few minutes he came up with another hotel staff. I thought now this person will resolve the issue and we will be able to enjoy our party again. But as both of them came to our table they started arguing. And to that they were knowing I was recording an incident. I think if I would not have been recording they would have started a fight with me. They were so aggressive. After arguing with them for sometime I realized that these people has nothing to do with customers, customer services or customer satisfaction. If they had some care of customers, at first level they would not left washrooms in this condition.
Our anniversary party was completely spoiled. We just finished whatever there in our plates and left hotel with half...

We ordered mutton Rogan Josh - the gravy was thick but it was all tomato taste. The mutton pieces were definitely 2-3 days old as they were smelling so bad that we could not eat them (being a mutton lover one manages to eat mutton with little bit here and there but this mutton was awful ( vomitted later on while driving back home.)
Finally we ate gravy to satiate our hunger but the excessive tomato taste did not allow us to eat that too.
We called the waiter to complain about it , and he has no idea of what's the actual taste of mutton Rogan Josh .
He replied Aisa hihota hai ...aap ko kaisa lagaa.
At this moment i thoughtif leaving the restaurent but i had taken my in laws to this place and moving out was not pleasant.
