It's one of the Worst Place to Eat Breakfast in Entire Pune. Reasons: 1 - No Hygiene (meaning: Dirty Spoons & Cups - Probably Not Washed) & the same person picking up the customer's used plates, spoon & cups and the same person will serve you without washing hands. 2 - They gave me customer's leftover food (like: one of the customer left poha, the waiter is trained to collect it in a separate bowls and it's been reused it for new customers. I saw this with my eyes and return the phoha. 3 - Food quality is very poor (very low grade food ingredients are used as I have seen using the Palm Oli & Spoiled Vegetables). 4 - The owner cum manager is extremely rude and cheater (they will not give you bill as they are Stealing Tax and they will tell you the amount verbally only as they are charging over priced).

It is one of the worst services I have ever seen. The hotel was renovated recently I guess. With respect to it the cost was also increased. The servers show a heavy attitude as if we are having food for free. The last time I visited was 6 months back where one thali was 100. Now the same thali is 120 and in which everything is limited even the sabji. If you were left with chappathi and no sabji eat the remaining with water. I thought only rice and chappathi were limited so I asked for extra sabji and got a very good response.

It is we the customers who build you and you are only dependent on us.

I'm giving just one star because of the disappointing behavior of the staff. I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years and have visited multiple times with my family. But this time, the experience was truly upsetting.
