I recently stayed at the Guru Brahm Hotel in Nanded with average expectations, but my experience fell significantly short. While the hotel has some positive aspects, there are critical issues potential guests need to be aware of.

THE DECEPTIVE 5 STAR RATING

Before I get into the details, a major red flag: the management actively and persistently asks guests to write 5-star reviews on platforms like Google during checkout. This practice immediately casts doubt on the overall rating you see. Many of the glowing reviews are not organic but solicited. Do not blindly trust the overall review score.

Food & Dining: Rigid and Underwhelming

The food quality in the restaurant is average. We found the dishes to be quite ordinary, lacking the flavor and freshness you'd expect. However, the bigger issue is their policy.

A serious warning about their restaurant: They have a strict "No Cancellation" policy for food orders. We ordered a paneer dish that arrived both undercooked and not to our liking. When we politely requested to cancel it and try something else, we were flatly refused. The staff insisted that once an order is placed in the kitchen, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, even if the preparation is faulty. We were forced to pay for a dish we did not enjoy and could not eat. This is an unacceptable and customer-unfriendly policy.

"Worst restaurant ever...
