It is a fully air conditioned museum that houses 6 galleries where the history of Guru Gobind Singh Ji and his followers are depicted through beautiful paintings. The weapons gallery has a good collection of the weapons being used during the battles and skirmishes with the Mughals. It also has an amazing garden area that looks very beautiful during the evening hours. All these at a very affordable ticket of Rs. 20 each. You have to leave your footwear outside and cover your head while entering the museum. Photography inside the museum is strictly not allowed. The galleries need more written documentation for people to understand what is being depicted. Further the footwear area need to be covered as your footwear ends getting soaked in water if it’s raining.
