That was really a bad experience of mine at this outlet, it's not the very time I have visited this place for good food & delightful environment.I am writing this review to let other know about the food quality and all. The food served was not upto the mark & also about hygiene and cleanliness they don't even care alot. The menu was dirty as the leftover food was stucked on the menu, but anyhow I managed that. I have ordered sandwich and utthapam, the utthapam was burnt and taste was average, as per the taste & quality the roadside food stalls are even better. That is really we not expect from such a renowned restaurant like Haldiram. It was the cook's mistake. When I casually asked with one of the floor staff about the food whether it's burnt or deep fried he agreed that the food is burnt and further said that he can replace my order then I politely replied with a big NO as I believes waste of food is Sin. So, at last I went to the cashier's counter to ask for a feedback form but as expected they failed to provide me that on time then I went to the manager's desk and asked for the same. They provided me the form and scolded their staffs for the mistake they did. I didn't asked them for any refund or other food item to be served instead of that. My question is why they did such a mistake even after knowing that they are an employee of a such a reputed restaurant. They need to maintain the decorum of the such a huge brand. I am really disappointed with the service. Think twice before visiting this place. There is no value for money in terms of food...
