Holy Basil Pure Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Last week visited 12 of us visited to Holy BASIL. We found service is very poor. The food quality & taste was not at all good. On asking finger bowel , they said you need to go wash basin because we don't serve finger bowls to all customers, it depends on our choice. While at the same time finger bowl was served to another table.... When I demanded, the waiter responded hot water is over, so use wash basin, on which I replied do you have hot water in wash basin, then why are you asking me to go to wash basin. The service and approach towards the customers is too low graded. Value for customer has been not understood by this restaurant. They need to learn the basic rule of customer service in a hotel industry. I am guessing, just having excess funds with them has made them to open a hotel and kill time. It's nice place to take your family for a quick bite and also for lunch/dinner, it's specifically a veg restaurant so you get a lot of varieties to go on and try for. But I honestly think that they should actually think about overdoing their interior for a change to attract more customers as more and more hotels are opening nowadays which would give them a tough competition. I don't think they should think of themselves as the only one in this area, you might never know when competition arises. Overall I think anybody could give a visit to this hotel, great taste and service what you probably look before going to a hotel. Great place to relax and have a quality time with...

Not even deserve for 1 star... First when we entered in hotel and ordered some dishes and asked them to serve 2 Masala Papad, it came after 15 mins. We thought might be rush is there but there was really not rush. After that dish came then we found Roti was baked from very long time which we found not fresh, when we informed to owner then he listened but not took any action and he went out and did not came to talk with us.

Worst quality of food. Very less quantity Little bit costly (but it doesn't matter if food is good) Service is pathetic

I will never suggest and will go to this hotel again. Please take any nearby hotel but don't go here....
