Hotel AshtaVinayak — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I visited Hotel Asthvinayak with my family after our Lord Ganesh Darshan at Ozar, hoping for a pleasant breakfast experience. Unfortunately, our visit was quite disappointing. We ordered Misal and Uttapa, expecting some flavorful and satisfying dishes. However, the Misal was essentially just rassa and shev, extremely spicy, and lacking any real depth of flavor. It was not enjoyable at all and left us quite dissatisfied.

The Uttapa was another letdown. It was undercooked and lacked the expected crispiness and flavor. It seemed hastily prepared and didn't taste fresh. The Wada Pav was the only dish that was somewhat acceptable, but it was just average and did not stand out in any way.

Moreover, the service at Hotel Asthvinayak was very slow. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, we had to wait an unreasonably long time for our food. This added to our frustration, as we were hoping for a quick and satisfying meal after our temple visit.

Overall, our experience at Hotel Asthvinayak was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food and the slow service were major disappointments. Given our experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. I recently dined at Hotel Ashtavinayak, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. To start, the service was incredibly slow and inattentive. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, it took ages for a server to come to our table and even longer for our orders to arrive. When the food finally arrived, the quality was far below expectations. The dishes were cold, underseasoned, and lacked any freshness or flavor. It was clear that the ingredients weren’t fresh, and the presentation left much to be desired. Additionally, a few items we ordered were either overcooked or undercooked, showing a lack of consistency and attention in the kitchen. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a bad experience with this hotel, we asked for thali and they not given half which they committed.... Management, service and behavior all casual and act like they not have any concern with customer satisfaction...
